formed in to rounds or rather the american football shaped things.. then poached in some brother or what not.

they look kind of like cooked testicles when it comes down to it.
they are slightly salty very meaty in flavor and very very squishy.


they are basicaly over glorified poached meat balls

some nice light pino grigio would work quite nicely...

with a nice garden salad tossed with juliened carrots, daikon radish, pine nuts or cashews and a light curry vinaigrette or a balsamic personaly i like my salad with a drizzle of garlic and or her infused olive oil and some croutons or a sprinkling of large crystaline sea salt and fresh pepper.

top it all of with a nice pasta primavera

and as for dessert either some tiramisu or a crembrule with a berry filling on the bottom. maybe a small glass of a nice dessert wine such as a sauterne... personaly i like mine a nice german or austrian variety atleast 6-8 years old under a classification of trochen beeren auslese.
