You are correct that they said they voted independent. Based on some of their comments however, I would definitely put them in the right wing politically. - Libertarian most likely, which in many ways is as dangerous as “republicans”.

They are definitely not an ally to the cause of a well functioning government that is responsive to the needs of the people.

As a former Wisconsin resident you may be surprised to know that I have voted multiple times for Tammy Baldwin. She is a staunch Democrat and she earned my respect in her support for firefighters and veterans. For many years I was on a first name basis with people in her office. I have voted independent for president 3 times including the first time Trump ran. I am not easily politically defined. I am pro-choice, pro-legal immigration, pro-Union, pro-worker's rights. pro-equal rights, and pro-equal opportunity. But obviously I am pro-gun, I am also pro-strong military, pro-border wall, and pro-strong law enforcement. So probably I am closer to being a Libertarian than a Republican. Painting me with a broad brush just doesn't work and frankly I believed you were smarter than that.

I didn't vote for joe biden because in 47 years his major accomplishments were to sponsor a bill to tax social security, and to sponsor the crime bill which led to increased incarcerations, the majority of which were Blacks..

It isn't. But these people are touting something that isn't real. And furthermore...will be reversed. If it was real...then the Republican members in both the House and Senate would not have increased.

There was only one seat in either house of the legislature that was up, and that seat had previously been held by a Republican who resigned a few months ago. So it only "increased" back to the level it already was back in November. And that was due to a particularly blatant case of gerrymandering, which is now in real legal jeopardy thanks to the new makeup of the state Supreme Court.

The House only needs a simple majority to impeach the Governor or any judge...including their newly elected "Liberal Supreme Court Justice" they are bragging about. The Senate then can vote for removal. Given they have a new supermajority...anything over the 2/3 threshold...and the newly elected members in both the House and Senate RAN ON THE POLICY of removing those Judges running interference to their illegal districting measures. Truth hurts.

Let's at least wait for the sky to start falling before we say it's falling. And yes, I did see what happened in Tennessee. But that's a different state with a much larger GOP base, and even they at least waited until something happened that they could pretend was a reason to do it.

Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Gender has no place in K-12. Student belong in their seats, ears open and mouths shut! Speak when spoken to. K-12 students have more than they can handle on their plate without fucking up their minds with useless divisive minutiae. Our students aren't in class to be guinea pigs for the elitist teachers unions. Teacher/ Student, teach/ learn, test/ evaluate and promote excellence. All the other shit needs to disappear. Our students start pure but easily corrupted. Fill their minds with math, english, history, civics, science,music, geography. Not all students are equal in talent, some learn faster than others, separate those brighter students and fill their minds as fast as they can absorb. reward achievement and knock off participation awards. We need to be honest with our students. Teachers should be developing their strengths not enhancing their weaknesses. 1-12 students will separate from each other as they begin to develop individual interest.

All forms of communications other than what's provided by the teacher belong in their lockers PERIOD!!! If parents need to talk to their child, use the school system or school email.
