Wisconsin?

do you want it? land of pasties and saunas with people with names like toivo and eino? and the snow. the fucking snow...

actually i loved it up there

Pasties RULE!!!!! I'm very close to the UP, but my friend grew up in Gwinn, her dad was in the Air Force so she doesn't consider herself a Yooper.

MP is classic! So many funny lines....and the movies. Holy Grail is still my all time fave.

and now, for something completely different: a man, with three buttocks...

i also enjoy firesign theatre quite a bit, always hear something new when you listen to their stuff again (and again...)

Nobody expects the Spanish Inquisition!

one of the flay rods has gone out of skew on the treadle...

i saw an episode of the tv programme (...) where there was this guy climbing up the side of a mountain with a rope, and then the camera panned out and it turned out he was climbing up the sidewalk...

Ketchup. :) Pop or soda :p

Soda for sure! Or soda pop, but I don't think I've ever used just pop unless I'm jokingly referring to my dad.

25/m from NE WI born and raised and still here. I don't know how I missed this thread.

Glad I found out what you two were referring to because I didn't want to know what the ketchup or gravy had to do with my idea of pasties.

LOL well they're spelled the same but pronounced differently (which I found out when I was like 16 thanks to my grandpa) the food ones are pronounced pass-tee :)

Trip to the Fox Valley got cancelled due to our head intake gasket needing to be replaced, found out when our low coolant light came on and we stopped in at the garage.

Sorry about your trip being cancelled.
