haven't been getting the snow that everyone else in WI has been getting, but today i took a trip down to madison, and it apparently snowed about 1/10 of an inch here, but it was enough to make it so i could not get up my driveway without engaging the four-wheel drive. i hate that because i usually forget to go back to conventional drive, and then i notice on the freeway that something sounds pretty weird up there in the front end
 
Afternoon all :) its a balmy 46 degrees here in the Northwoods kind of a HUGE turn around from last week eh? I was out and about and you can tell the locals or wisconsinites from the terrorists..oops I mean tourists :p the locals are walking around in light weight coats or no coats and the non locals are in their winter coats still lol :)

I was out walking earlier before boxing, and i had on warm up pants and 2 tees, and i was comfortable..The sun is bright, warm..i lurrvesss it LoL

i just had a t-shirt on. AND PANTS, and pants. don't fancy being in jail with my bidness all a-quiver for all to see

I went biking today, and could tell everyone had the same idea to get outside and enjoy the great weather. I'm loving this fresh air :)
 
I don't mind spring but we have 2 more seasons to go through before we get spring up here, that being slush and mud :p Summer I could do without the humidity and 90 degree temps, and I like fall and love winter.

After all WI has 8 seasons: Winter, Slush, Mud, Spring, Summer which coincides with Road Construction, Mosquito and Fall.
 
It was nice here until some sort of mini-hurricane started. Really windy and rainy right now. I just took the dog out and basically got a WTF? look from her.

i'm glad someone else has this problem. if it's raining, my dogs stand at the door and just stare out into the yard. it's so nice to have dogs that are so well behaved and obedient... :cool:
 
well we're supposed to have the rain switching over to snow tonight and then snow a lil tomorrow too

They're going "Hmmm, I have to pee, but is it urgent enough to get wet?"

My dog hates the rain, but she loves snow. Makes me kinda glad since I have to stand outside with her.
 
Anyone gonna try and see some great northern lights tonight? Anyone see some this morning? I hope I see some and that I am not too far south.
