I really like the word...squawk. That just fits perfectly with what I hear in my head. So looks like I'm finally up. Time to pull out da big guns. Well...maybe the medium guns. Pew pew pew.

Sorry for my lack of activity, I've been pretty busy this week.
Working on a post now though
Don't sweat this at all. I figured you were busy. Always relieved/happy to see you posting for everyone's favorite Southern Belle when the opportunity arises! )Sorry for my lack of activity, I've been pretty busy this week.

As much as Miss "ChasNicollette" might be passionately particular about her hyphens, as they may or may not relate to our spectacular super heroes...including one Peter Parker....It's "Spider-Man," not "Spiderman."
:: sigh ::
You'd think if Deadpool respected anything, she'd respect the hyphen.
What else. Uhm. Yes. "Remec"! So when it's time for *YOU* to post, I'm hoping/assuming/anticipating you'll be rolling out a Cannonball one *BEFORE* Jamie. Yes-yes?
Nah. Sam first. I *insist*.I;m already thinking and planning on Jamie. Isn't Sam waiting to see what the outcome of him and Kurt's teleport is? (ie, not sure it's really his turn, just yet.)
Yes, my bad. All X-Men members are equipped with a smart phone device for communication purposes. So he could always reach out to those he would suspect to be on the mission. Once he 'lands'......I'll of course give you some narrative.Yeah, I'll get Bobby grounded and getting into a dread taxi. Dun, dun, dun! He honestly doesn't even know where he's supposed to go lol. He just got a plane ticket and may just get a hotel. Must I assume he has some peoples' phone numbers?

...one must remember, not everyone may be on that same 'wavelength'. I'm sure Kattpool(as we're affectionately calling her) loves the 'nerd' in the mask and tights and all....but may or may not give a hootin' holla about such. Because 'she' seems the type to go either way, like the wind...right? Heh. And of course "KattDclaw", the talented. The amazing. The craaaaaaaazy....*grin*....may not have been 'privy' to such. So I'm sure she *APPRECIATES* the heads up and all....
...but truly, more importantly. For the purpose of *THIS* roleplay. I'm just happy she's involved. That her endless talents are being utilized in such a way, that she can dazzle with her razzle...and still manage to frazzle. Hah! I have a headache, I dunno....
Thank you, Rem, it was awesome.
...so who is it we're looking at there, with the gunshot victim that's bein' all cantankerous? Should I know already?
She had a bad incident with hyphens in her youth, you see. They ate and killed her family and tortured her dog. Oh and stole her skittles.
You say potato, I say potato. Potato, potato.
Next time it'll just be The Spidermanz. Or The Spider-manz. Don't worry. I'll strive to correct my mistakes so no further nerd-rage rears its ugly head.
Or I just might do the opposite and use both because that'll be funny. I like funnies.
Edit.Edit - Hmmm. I almost feel like I should post again just to throw an "Oh shit that was a bad idea" and kasplode.
I reread through the latest Russian material and the only source of a fire I found was when the car Kitty was in crashed and exploded. And then, while interrogating the man she phased out of the vehicle, she shot him--which I assumed was the gunshot Sam and Kurt heard.
I'm sure Lach will correct me if I made an error.
True enough you two. I'll be sure to fill in the 'blanks' when my next passage goes out for you guys at your location. Although I may try and....pause just a lil' longer, to try and tempt one last....Kitty post. (if not there's really no problem!)Huh!
Sorry for missing that.
In my defense, Lachy's exposition can be a little impenetrable sometimes. But thank you for the explainer!
For some reason I just got excited about watching some Spidey cartoons, ala 90's Animated or Spectacular!Hee, well, please don't be offended.
My "respect the hyphen" routine is a running gag across all of Lit, both in and out of character.
(My own attempt at Spider-Man once gave The Martian Manhunter crap for dropping the hyphen in a fusion DC/Marvel storyline: "Do I leave out your apostrophes, J'onny?" Heeheehee.)
Feel free to render the typography however you see fit, I was just doin' my standard bit.

Offended? Me? Hell nah. I already updated my post to include it so let the gag keep rollin'!
For me, next up I believe....(heh)....will be a Jean Grey/and/Russia venture of post(s).
Look for that next week!
