Please scroll down to post #2 for bonus points info

I will post daily prompts. I’ll try to keep them updated on this post too but no promises.

✨One. Song. Per. Day.✨
This is pretty much the only rule, so I’ll ask that you please follow it, or risk public ridicule.
This includes listing your second choice song.

If you like the prompt and would like to see it repeated in a future challenge, or have ideas for new/fun prompts, please send them via PM or post them in my other thread:
Post ideas here!

You are highly encouraged to share why you picked a song, stories about your choice, feedback on other people’s choices.

Jump in at any time! It’s ok if you didn’t start on day 1; everyone is welcome.

Let’s do this!

Day 1: A song with a month name in it
Day 2: A collaboration between two or more artists
Day 3: A lesser known song from a favorite artist
Day 4: A song from the most recent concert you went to
Hmm day 1 says month not colour ..but all replies are colour..conundrum, will, add the song when the boss clarifies
Day 2: A collaboration between two or more artists

Candy- Iggy Pop and Kate Pierson

Day 3: A lesser known song from a favorite artist
Some of my favourite artists might not be that well known

Beasts of bourbon I don’t care about nothin anymore

Day 4: A song from the most recent concert you went to
This song reminds me of my wife also. Saw him last summer.
Luke Bryan - Down to One

Day 3: A lesser known song from a favorite artist

This is a fantastic prompt that I hope makes an appearance every month. May I be so bold as to suggest that it could be a decades theme one month.

I'm going to go in a different direction than initially planned. This song definitely wouldn't be among the first listed when thinking of this band and this was the 5th song off the album released as a single but was only released in the UK. I think it is such a fantastic song that eventhough (for me) it borders on a gray area in fitting this category, I'm going with:
Your Latest Trick by Dire Straits
