He made me think of all the posts on other boards for "Pretty Womans in Your City for Night". Seriously. You should learn how to spell "woman" before asking that question, shit-for-brains.
Once again, you claim to have said something in the past that diverts from right-wing orthodoxy. It's always "I said before...", yet somehow you never say it in the present.Like I have written before, imho Trump was wrong with his plan.
You know the people who cover their drinks and avoid eye contact when you walk by? They're strong women. What’s the definition of a strong women?

From your lips to God's ear. But I'll believe it when I can say "President-elect Harris".America is ready to ditch misogynistic politics. The time has finally come.
It takes real work in the real world to make this happen. From your lips to God's ear. But I'll believe it when I can say "President-elect Harris".
"Normal people… believe that if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. Engineers believe that if it ain’t broke, it doesn’t have enough features yet."I couldn’t find anything that explains the function of the criminal courts for incest rape cases. People refusing to press charges for rape and incest surely complicates things.
Cleaning up the mess is not SCOTUS’s fault. Putting the responsibility on legislators is in my opinion the correct approach. Legislators need to legislate the will of the people. When citizens grow tired of their politicians they’ll vote them out. A national referendum needs to be debated by congress but unfortunately tribalism stops many good legislative agendas. Congress need to separate itself from party loyalty and back to representing their constituents. Leaders of each party have way too much power. Majority leaders can block good ideas like what Schumer did to HR-2 and McConnell with an up and down vote on Garland and Reed with the nuclear option. imho
The founding fathers did see there were events that could happen they did not know about. The build in the ability to change The Constitution to make corrections but did make it difficult. We need to change it to:"Normal people… believe that if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. Engineers believe that if it ain’t broke, it doesn’t have enough features yet."
— Scott Adams
My SCOTUS's version would say, "Supreme Court Justices believe that even if it ain’t broke, precedent may still need refining."
They messed with humanity, and no one can hold them accountable for such bad-faith decisions. The Founding Fathers never saw this coming!
The more I hear and see him, the more I think he wasn't chosen for that.another p.s regarding Shapiro's mannerisms during his speech: Perhaps this IS his normal way he has about him but since I read on here about how he seems so much to be copying the delivery of President Obama, it's hard not to see it! Where it feels authentic for Obama, I couldn't watch Shapiro without feeling he was 'acting Obama' and that may be a sad misjudgment but it's there
I've never watched the Democratic Convention (or any party's) before, and missed a lot of the first night's... but you can be sure we had Tuesday and Wednesday's events on for the duration, and will again tonight. What enthusiasm, built on joy and hope and decency
The highlight of last night, for me, was Tim's son's reactions to his dad's speech. "That's my dad!"
*pipes eyes*
You just can't get more wholesome than that.
The contrast between Kamala and Tim's families and those of trump and vance couldn't be broader and I know which appeals most to me.
btw: I've not seen anyone mention it yet, but on night 1 was that tan suit of Kamala's a deliberate little humorous reference to the furore over Barack Obama's?

"While other states were banning books from their schools, we were banishing hunger from ours," he said. "We also protected reproductive freedom, because in Minnesota, we respect our neighbors and the personal choices they make. Even if we wouldn't make those same choices for ourselves, we've got a golden rule: Mind your own damn business."
Walz recited the main points of his background, recalling his childhood growing up in a small town in Nebraska, his 24 years of service in the Army National Guard and his career as a high school teacher and football coach.
"It was those players and my students who inspired me to run for Congress. They saw in me what I had hoped to instill in them — a commitment to the common good. An understanding that we're all in this together. And the belief that a single person can make a real difference for their neighbors," Walz said. "So there I was, a 40-something high school teacher with little kids, zero political experience and no money, running in a deep-red district. But you know what? Never underestimate a public school teacher."
Tim Walz... "they think books are dangerous but support assault weapons!

A most excellent single sentence summary of the essence of the MAGA 2024 philosophy.Tim Walz... "they think books are dangerous but support assault weapons!

Oh, I clocked it!How about Harris showing up in a tan suit?!?! <3
