9th CIRCUT COURT-ILLEGALS CAN VOTE

Hey, if you have a drivers license in California, or ever been in the military, a government employee, or have ever been granted a security clearance, the government already has your fingerprints. If you've ever signed a notarized document you've given up your fingerprints; and finally, in your case, if you've ever been arrested, or have done time, you're fingerprints are already on file.

I've signed plenty of notarized documents, and didn't have to give a fingerprint. what are you smoking?

A notary in my state requires a fingerprint in their log, and a certified signature in most brokerage houses also require a thumbprint. I don't smoke.

Sounds like you live in a state where the republicans have too much power, and want to take away your privacy and civil liberties. AKA "big government".

I have sold and bought stocks and I've never had to use a thumbprint signature either. Maybe it's time for you to move somewhere a little more liberal.

The two liberals posting above are what has happened to our country.

They see nothing wrong with illegal immigrants, and those who are not citizens, voting in the United States.

They said nothing of the kind. Read their posts again.

"9th CIRCUT COURT-ILLEGALS CAN VOTE" is also a lie.

I live in The People's Republic Of California, totally controlled by Democrats and public employee unions. Have you ever transferred a brokerage account, or been transferred onto an account, have you ever gained power of attorney over a brokerage account? If so I suspect you've submitted your finger print next to a certified signature. If you have bought a house, refinanced a home loan, changed title, etc., at least in my police state, you have submitted a fingerprint as part of the notary verification process.

Really? Is the governor a republican, or a democrat?

I have transfered ownership on an account for stocks. I got it notarized at my bank by a notary, and got a gold medallion stamp from the bank, and that's all I needed to do.

I have bought and sold over a dozen properties, again, no fingerprints.

I have refinanced a property in the last 2 months... again no fingerprints.

You're full of shit... across the board.

In case anyone missed it, our OP advocated blowing up a Federal Courthouse.

He'll probably wait until April 15th, just to keep the tradition going.

Seems like all democrats have to show ID and republicans don't according to this thread.

Makes me think if there's any shenanigans going on it's the repubs that are behind it.

Especially since repubs are already claiming theres cheating going on.

I think thou dost protest to much.....

No one where I live gets asked for ID, that means Dems, Repubs, everyone. I've yet to vote where the officials said to people if you are Republican go through. The rest of you? We require ID.

We all know that he won't do shit. He's a coward and he is waiting for "someone else to do it". while he cheers from the sidelines.

I live here too and have never needed to be fingerprinted for any of those things. I have never once been asked for prints from a notary, that's just more bullshit from you trying to cry wolf about democrats. Spew your opinion but at least leave the facts in tact.

Are California notaries also finger print experts, too?

In the state of Louisiana, a fingerprint is not allowed as a form of personal identification. A fingerprint identity requires the sworn testimony of a person who is trained to analyse and identify finger prints. My finger prints on a card is pretty much useless in anyone else's hands.

Some banks require a thumb print on the back of a check, if the person presenting the check does not have an account. If this person's identity is ever an issue, it will be in a court, with the testimony of a fingerprint expert.

Yelling and screaming from the sidelines and the background, where it's nice and safe. Then when something goes down and someone has the sack to throw a brick (not him, of couse), he retreats back home, locks the doors and windows and fervently prays that our Socialist Police Force will suppress the violence so he can be a Real American® and go to McDonald's in the morning to get his Big Breakfast Meal.

To them, the end justifies the means.

VOTE the loonies out next week.

I think non-citizens (legal or illegal) voting in America is a very bad thing. Stop putting words in my mouth, fool.

The Ninth Circus finds yet another heretofore undiscovered penumbra, just in time to help the Dem-O-Gags perpetrate another fraud on the people.:rolleyes:

If you look at the reasoning of the ruling you'd see that any court would rule the same way.

Ohio doesn't work that way at all. And no, I've never had to provide prints when signing a notarized document. Keep your big-government BS out of my life, thank you.

I've had to show my ID every time when voting as well. Just so it's not all Republicans not showing ID in their states, Powertone lives in my state as well.

Which of you righties is hiding the evidence that foreign citizens are voting in our elections? Or are you just parroting what you hear from Glenn Beck again?

Regarding the skate park, this is a reason they took that measure of security.

The city also said the added security measure is an effort to stop an increase in vandalism, drug use and break ins that have plagued the park for the last five years.

Now the City could have added more security or closed the park. So are you for or against bigger government, vette? You seem to be awfully wishy-washy on this lately.

Would it be okay if I just hold up my thumb and swear its really mine?

Hey I didn't say I supported it, (the park business) I mentioned it to make the point that fingerprints and fingerprint scans are becoming a ubiquitous fact of life.

Wishy-washy it is then.

The bigger issue is that another voter approved law has been overturned by the 9th Circuit. Citizens have very little say in the governance of America, thanks to commie judges.

So you're saying that judges should go with popular opinion rather than the law? You realize that local initiatives approved by voters can easily be illegal, right? Any Alabama county is free to pass bathroom racial segregation. And judges will overturn it, no matter if it got 100% of the vote.
