January 1st 2011 this takes effect:

AB 962 requires purchasers to show bonafied ID to ammunition vendors in order
to purchase handgun ammunition. The bonafied is spelled out as a government
issued ID with a photo.


Acceptable forms include a driver’s license or military ID. In addition, the vendor is required to record the purchasers name, driver’s license number, state of issuance, signature, thumbprint, residential address, date of birth and phone number. In addition the name of the sales person, the date of sale, brand type and amount of ammunition sold must also be recorded. The records must be kept on the vendor’s premises for a minimum of five years.

I know for a fact that you are not required to give a fingerprint when buying or selling a building there... having done both since june 2009.

Here in Hooter Hollow you dont need any ID to vote. Give them a name and address to verify from the roll. So, in theory, I could vote as Barney Levy my deceased neighbor. Wouldnt surprise me at all if Dumocrats keep a list of newspaper obits handy on election day.

lol.....like the noted above....there's more democrat votes than there are registered voters in an area...but the dem lawyers in the DOJ refuse to investigate. According to the dems...no conviction means that there were no laws broken. (they're good at getting away with it).

It's just opinion...it's too easy to cheat and not get caught based on democrats rallying against any safeguards and sanctions so no one seems to get prosecuted for it. We just sit and watch the democrats cheat and steal and are powerless to do anything about it.

I just saw this on the news a couple of minutes ago. The 9th Circuit Court just struck down a Arizona law that required voters who register to prove citizenship.

The court did say the potential voter must swear under the threat of perjury they are citizens and are allowed to vote. Perjury when you are breaking our laws every day you are in this country and even more if you have a job. PERJURY what a huge FUCKING threat!
