BBW's and Lovers…are you one?

Thank You for having this discussion. I am not comfortable enough with myself to ever believe a man would want me the way I am. I have been put down in one way or another most of my life. Its nce to know that there are women out there who are larger who love themselves. And also that there are men who love them just as much. I have always wanted a man who would worship me in public just like he does in the bedroom. Thanlk you all for renewing some part of my faith in humanity.

I won't say I love my body at all; but I'm grateful my boyfriends do and did! :) Thanks for sharing! It's not easy to share and I'm sure many men don't understand that about us. Most of us have grown up in a 'make fun of fat people' culture for most of our life; fat jokes, few celebrity notarity until more recently, criticism, etc. You can't learn to have confidence when you hold on tight to self preservation. Does this make sense?

Yes... Me too. I will share this, I'm tall and that if I get up on all fours on the bed for doggie, someone short won't find what he seeks very easily!! Lolol :D

Happy New Year hon...

Understand you on that one!!! It is funny the things we notice...I am sure that once they find what they are seeking they and you are both very happy people!

No its not easy to share and put yourself out there. Rejection is the worse feeling. One of New Years resolutions is to try and find one positive thing about myself everyday. Thank You BlackHills

You're welcome! Glad to have you part of this thread. I have much to be thankful for. And I am a very positive person; hope people can tell here!

Hi BHBBW - now there's a mouthful
I understand your words above and I would say I have a medium to semi athletic body (I do myself a favour there maybe) - but I do understand.
We all have our own take on our self image - my issue with myself is an inability to recognise, be aware of, 'see' the affect I have on others- which is generally favourable but it does not enter my awareness - makes it quite difficult to create rapport and enduring relationships//// another story.

As for you - you come across positive and it is your strength of character combined with your sexiness that makes you a sexual, sensual, attractive person - hope this rant makes sense.

A bit early for me (January etc) ;)

Ha! Makes a lot of sense. And thank you very much! I think in 2015 I will just take quotes from others such as yourself, as my thought because others say it so much better and state it simply; whereas I write a book! I feel the same. Part of that too is my father raised us to be humble, did a good job too cuz I'm stubborn I guess on getting the message or feel I mustnt admit to it. But like the story where I wrote men looking at my chest ( it's usually covered as I don't flaunt it), I Thot I spilled something or a button was open; never thinking they were checking me out! Ha! I still don't think that.

And just for the start of the record of 2015...your arse is still totally delectable! :) it's not changed from 2014 to 2015!

I may update my arse picture this year - will tone it up a tad ;) I have lost the original - thought I had it stored on a disk came to look on the disc and it is not there - bummer! (my pun).

Then we can get on with that mutual fondling - I shall enjoy taking my time and covering every inch of your body........ (starting with the toes!)

I think that that sounds like a very positive and very healthy resolution. I hope that you can find it in yourself to stick with it! Positive self-image is so, so, so hard to maintain. I should know, because mine is typically awful. But there are good qualities in everyone, inside and out. Identifying them and loving them, and this yourself is so important.

No one is ever perfect...but the rest of the world doesn't matter. You have to happy with you. If you can find confidence in yourself, even if it is a "screw 'me all" type of confidence, then I think that's a positive step. :)

Am I misguided here, ladies?

Oh my…I want to say much more, but I best do that on my own thread and not this one about BBW's…although I love it.

As for your disk, i think you will just have to get busy making more.

Right on…
Isn't there a quote that says something like "If it doesn't k….hold the presses, I found it!!! heheh….it's by Nitszche
"That which does not kill us makes us stronger.

I will not go on about my marriage here, but I will say that I have had to sink or survive. I have learned that I cannot rely on my husband for my self-esteem or to feel good about myself. I had to arrive there by myself. However, my long term friends that I've met on line have given me an abundance of knowledge and encouragement and I cannot say where I'd be today without that through the years. I cannot even tell you how much I've changed and improved.

BUT, it has made me stronger AND a better person. We have to find it within ourselves and NOT depend on anyone else…that applies to careers, schooling, finances, etc. We have to finally arrive there, on our own.

Bbw

For me its the way they feel in my arms, against me, very soft. Love the feeling of my arms filling up when I hug a woman. Hmmm will try to list as many as I can as to why but no matter what others might think or say its not a fetish for me, I dont go after bigger women just cause they have more to play with.

Having said that, overall bigger women have bubbly, infectious personalities which draws me to them like moth to a flame. They are also tend to be kind, sweet and have both an open heart and mind both in general as well as sexual aspects.

That's really nice to hear.

A Friday night Rant

Ok, so I'm checking out some other threads tonight and I notice some other women that call themselves "BBW". It's a free country; yes they may and not need my permission. However...

  • Guys will not be able to relate to me.
  • Some women will.
  • Some might even say what difference does it make?
  • Some will say i'm making a big thing out of nothing or why label anyway?

WELL….I'm gonna label, i'm going to make a big deal whether anyone can relate to me or not.

BUT, it really pisses me off when someone, who is a bit overweight, calls themselves a "BBW". That just riles me up!! So they wear a size 14 or 16, might be 10 pounds overweight and call themselves a BIG beautiful woman. UGHHHhhhhh…. Calvin Klein in his infinite wisdom called a size 12 model recently a BBW. No, i know we can't have a definition of what 'exactly' a 'BBW' is…but I can tell you it's not a size 12 to a size 18!!

I could go on about this, but I won't. I'll save us all from that. What is it, about THAT, that just pisses me off? I do not know…but one day I might figure it out. In the meantime, I just want to slap them upside the head!

Ok, it's over…my rant that is. Arghhh

BHB, About your rant...I think sometimes photos can make us look better than we do in reality. I know what I see in my photos isn't what I see in the mirror. I've been told I'm not a BBW, but I am. I wear a size 20/22, and weigh twice the amount I should. I don't think I've noticed anyone else claiming to be a BBW who isn't, but I haven't visited all of the threads. I have seen the term super-sized BBW used though for what you might consider a 'real' BBW to be. :rose:

BBW lover, checking in here :)
and Madrose, I have been fortunate enough to have real life sexual encounters with BBW and let me tell you.. Fuck the photos, you'll are just as gorgeous in real life..
What you see in the mirror is what I personally love, if I ever have the chance to see you in the mirror, il show you exactly how much :)

Thank you, that is pretty awesome of you to say. :):kiss:

Possibly, you're right. But personally I don't think anyone below a size 22 should be considered BBW; plump yes, heavier yes, plus size yes. But not 'big--BBW. But that's me. I tried to find the thread. Can't. I suppose it's subjective (is that the term)? If we feel we're big and large in our heads; we must be?? I don't know. Just gets my dander up. Lol in case you couldn't tell. Lol

Very awesome! For me I know it's a brain mis function! Ha! We're told early on what men love, and it's not overweight women. And I'm thrilled the problem lays in my psyche and not men's. :) but I get into bed and look out. None of this enters in...you can ask my guy friends! Hehe

Hi rose, I've had a good look at your pictures, its a camera you own not a magic wand!

You look amazing in them because you look amazing, I didn't see size I just saw hot, that I want to revisit again and again

Just stopping by to catch up on the reading of the thread.. I noticed a thread the other day that she said she was bbw but to me she just looked curvy.....so I can empathize with what you are saying hon...

I have to admit, I do feel odd using the term BBW because I am so short but wide (makes buying clothes a bitch btw). I just thought that would be the proper term to define what men will see when they look at my photos, so they know what to expect. I suppose we do each define it a bit differently though. To me any plus sized, overweight woman is a BBW. It is also subjective for what is in our heads, our minds can be our worst enemy at times. I look back at when I was in high school and 105lbs and laugh at myself, because I thought I was fat then just because I was curvier than most other girls. By the time I was in my earlier 20's I had doubled my weight. I'm just finally getting comfortable with that with my experiences on Lit. :rose:

BBW's and Lovers of BBW…

Media, Hollywood constantly do a number on us. Any other big girls out there can relate to this? Any men out there want to share your first experience deciding that you loved women with curves?

I'd love to hear…
Dani

My wife is 4'10" and 135 pounds. At her biggest, she was around 160. Pretty curvy, and that set me up for an appreciation of zaftig.

Of course, I also prefer natural... and folks who like that seem quite rare these days.

Thanks Bee Lou…I hate to make a big deal of it, but I do! It just urks me. ha I think only BBW would understand me. So thanks for your sharing!

Ok, I need you to explain a bit more. When you speak of 'natural', am I missing something here. What are you meaning. And zaftig? Is that size in German or something?
