Boobs: Real vs. Fake

My 38DDs are real, but if they ever start facing the ground I would have them put back where they belong, but that's just me. I pass no judgment on women who have had them put in. My only thoughts would be that if you are going to go through the expense, the risk and pain from surgery, then spend a little more and make sure to get them done by a plastic surgeon who is not only board certified, but has a reputation of making the implants look as natural as possible. I have seen some really crappy boob jobs and then again, I've seen some amazing ones, as well.

thats exactly the thing. too many people saying they hate fake boobs probably have seen one too many bad boob jobs. chicks can go bigger than they need, and they look so good that you know they are augmented. ive also seen ones that you would not know if they were done or not. a good job , you will have ahard time telling even by feel, unless you mash and knead on them....also, just my opinion, but theres nothing worse than a chick with huge tits dropping their bra, and seeing the knee shooters fall almost to the floor. i had a friend with ones like that and she actually got them made smaller, for 2 reasons. one, she couldnt stand them like that and wanted them to look nicer, and two, it gave her back problems. she wasnt a big girl either....rather small and normally proportioned.

Many of my girl friends who've had theirs done rant about how horrible it is after a few years. There seem to be all kinds of complications. I'm wondering if men really care or if it's our own vanity that makes us want to do this. (I've considered it, myself, but would hate to lose any nipple sensitivity!!)

I don't care what size as long as they are real.

In fairness, I also had a friend who was natural D cup but had the same problems and had to have a reduction. Her health and life were much better with smaller boobs (as much as I liked looking at her old ones) - the new ones made her a happier person. No day by day pain and suffering. She admitted she missed the attention but was better off.

Well, I'm not male either but I think that natural is better. However, it's a woman's personal choice and if it improves their self image and confidence that have at it. I can certainly understand women who choose reduction or for medical reasons.

Personally I prefer natural boobs to augmented ones especially since the augmentation may result in nerve damage that makes the breasts insensitive to stimulation. One lover had an awesome looking set of augmented tits but absolutely no feeling or sensitivity in her nipples... I vote for natural!

I pass no judgement on a woman who wants to get them done. None whatsoever. She wants them done? Who am I to care? They don't effect me in any way. She did them for her own reasons, she is happier. Just like men who say they don't care about stretchmarks, scars, birthmarks etc. they shouldn't care about breast augmentation.

Love her for who she is. Regardless of what she has done. I personally find tattoos and piercings far more disturbing than breast augmentation.

I prefer real whether they are very small are large and sagging. I just find fake anything unattractive. No one should have to put work like that into making themselves liked or loved.

Real real real, any size, A through DD. I've been with women who were A, B, C, D and DD, and they've all been wonderful.

I knew a girl who had one breast augmented because she had a significant size difference. I'm in favour of reduction to deal with back problems and such. But all other things considered, I'd prefer real.

Seeing a porn flick where the woman has huge hemispheres sliding back and forth on her chest as she gets fucked is sooooo unappealing.
