Real real real, any size, A through DD.

I knew a girl who had one breast augmented because she had a significant size difference. I'm in favour of reduction to deal with back problems and such. But all other things considered, I'd prefer real.

Seeing a porn flick where the woman has huge hemispheres sliding back and forth on her chest as she gets fucked is sooooo unappealing.

Yea if it's medically needed like reduction I'm OK with that. Don't need someone having severe back issues.

Years ago I had a girlriend who was 5' 7" and 105 pounds. I tried to talk her out of her boob-job but she had the operation. She chose enormous melons completely out of proportion to her body size and she lost most of her sensitivity.

For the record, I don't like plastic fingernails or phony eyelashes either.

My 38DDs are real, but if they ever start facing the ground I would have them put back where they belong, but that's just me.

I have not problem with re-alignment... in fact I find that quite stimulating visually!

In fairness, I also had a friend who was natural D cup but had the same problems and had to have a reduction. Her health and life were much better with smaller boobs (as much as I liked looking at her old ones) - the new ones made her a happier person. No day by day pain and suffering. She admitted she missed the attention but was better off.

Getting a good reduction or a well done lift looks more natural than implants...and they do better over time...especially reductions IMO

thats exactly the thing. too many people saying they hate fake boobs probably have seen one too many bad boob jobs. chicks can go bigger than they need, and they look so good that you know they are augmented. ive also seen ones that you would not know if they were done or not. a good job , you will have ahard time telling even by feel, unless you mash and knead on them....also, just my opinion, but theres nothing worse than a chick with huge tits dropping their bra, and seeing the knee shooters fall almost to the floor. i had a friend with ones like that and she actually got them made smaller, for 2 reasons. one, she couldnt stand them like that and wanted them to look nicer, and two, it gave her back problems. she wasnt a big girl either....rather small and normally proportioned.

Totally agree with you....I have seen some amazing boob jobs on girlfriends of mine who were completely flat...and they went up to a B no greater than a C...also had them implanted through their belly button or under their armpit so that there was really no scar and they did not loose sensitivity because of nerve damage and it made them feel amazing. I was happy for them. As I said before, I cast no judgement either way, only comment that if you are going to do it, do it the right way.

Based on your profile pics, the "facing the ground" is a long way off but, if it happens sooner, I am prepared to go out of my way to hold them up off the ground for you!!

Well, I'm not male either but I think that natural is better. However, it's a woman's personal choice and if it improves their self image and confidence that have at it. I can certainly understand women who choose reduction or for medical reasons.

I went to the beach once with a friend who was completely flat-chested. She also had very small nipples that looked more like a guy's nipples than a woman's nipples. We were sitting on the beach and she took her top off, but I think some of the people who walked past us thought they'd walked past two guys, not a man and a woman.

I agree with other posters who've said that real boobs of any size are better than fake ones, but I guess I could have understood if my friend had gotten a boob job.

Having worked in Oncology, and knowing how many women undergo mastectomies... I've come to term with fake breasts.

If a woman truly wants them for cosmetic reasons not induced by surgery, that is her decision, but like most body modifications I almost ALWAYS prefer natural. (That inlcudes piercing, tattoos etc)

Other than that I don't think mastectomy-induced breast replacement is really the same as cosmetic breast augmentation because of a voluntary/involuntary dichotomy ("fake breasts inauthentic and bad" shouldn't apply to someone who wanted to keep her authenticity but couldn't), I'm in full agreement with you about body modification as a general principle. Why despoil nature's finest creation? The thought that always comes to my mind about implants is "There's a shortage of perfect breasts in this world. 'Twould be a pity to ruin yours."

I like real once too. I not into great big boobs, any more than a handful is to much.

I think media is to blame for women thinking they need to be bigger. Bigger is not better.

Guys: Would you prefer small REAL ones or bigger FAKE ones?

Many of my girl friends who've had theirs done rant about how horrible it is after a few years. There seem to be all kinds of complications. I'm wondering if men really care or if it's our own vanity that makes us want to do this. (I've considered it, myself, but would hate to lose any nipple sensitivity!!)

If I can touch them, they're real ;-)

Personally, I don't care either way as long as the woman feels good about herself, she'll transmit her sexuality.

I posed this question to my husband and he says real regardless of size (which is a relief, really didn't want a reduction lol)
