Challenge 09.V.1 word is given

Ok, I whipped one out this morning and then went and spent $350 on a scanner to scan the fucker in - now what do I do?
 
holy crap that's an expensive scanner :eek: hope you got a top of the line one for that price, otherwise I'd return it.

Anyway you have to upload the picture from your computer to some webspace, then PM the url to throbbs.

If you don't have any webspace, see the discussion earlier in this thread about attachments.

I just resized mine ran it threw photobucket and enclosed them in a PM to Throbbs, Glad to have you back in xssve

It actually sucks, slow as hell compared to my scuzzy scanner which captures every shadow and speck of dust, but I have to have an ATI slot for the scuzzy card and this motherboard doesn't have one.

It does, on the other hand, scan 11x17, and prints A3 too, so that was worth $300 bucks, considering I only paid $20 at a yard sale for the scuzzy I've been using for years.

I got a decent scan out of it, it just took a while.

Scan and PM me.
You can post it to a host site which allows such things in their guidelines, then send me a link. You could upload to a place like Box.net or such.

or you can PM me and I can give you my e-mail address and you can send it.
I will reduce the file as required to LIt standards.

AHHHhh 11x17..yes that is nice at times.

My old SCSII cabled HP scanner (about $400 at the time and NOT 11x17) scanned really well!

looking forward to getting your results!

Sorry to hear about those damn kidney stones, I've had them once! Dude! they are painful, I was alone, crawling on the floor thought I was gonna pass out finally got to the ER, then the pain med kicked in, Whew! Then the whole ordeal with the filter... Ouch, Feel better soon!

Thanks. yep did the crawling part....the cool bathroom floor against the side of my head and the searing hot pain in my lower back! Puked into a plastic bag while "sitting" in a wheel chair waiting to be admitted in the emergency room... I think that probably scared and scarred a little girl who ha dto walk past me to go to the bathroom.:rolleyes:

Oh it's a scanner/printer, yeah those always cost more, and 17" is nice.
