Really neat project today. This client has built a beautiful little Japanese garden in one corner of his yard, for his wife who has a severe case of Alzheimer's. The landscaper he hired to build a waterfall also put in a pond, which the client didn't want. Go figure. So he hired us to build a little deck over the pond. Anyway, here's the garden area...

And here's the finished deck (the waterfall isn't running yet)...
Nothing spectacular but there were a lot of fussy angles and such. I love how it looks - like it's floating. Crafted, as always, with sustainably harvested, western red cedar .
