I fart in your general direction for a-makina me state the obvious answer- the holy grail of course …. Although truthfully I’m sure it’s something like Joe Dirt or Talledega Nights.
Here’s the weird pick for “should be the most quoted” movie- Trixie, with Emily Watson and Dermot Mulroney. Her character misstates so many cliches, it’s a pretty phenomenal performance. Worth watching just for Nick Nolte’s facial expressions as he’s getting wanked off under a table
