GAMES - what do you play?

I just found a shooter called Soldier Front, but given shooters are not normally my thing I couldn't say if it is any good or not. http://sfront.ijji.com

Soldier Front is a military FPS style MMORPG from NHN Games that takes you on dangerous missions and non-stop military action. Choosing from various task force characters such as the SAS, SEAL, Delta Force, and UDT which come with distinctive weapons under different statistics of recoil and rate of fire, the player can create his/her own personalized agent.

Soldier Front is focused on the hardcore gamers it offers realistic game play and graphics, but also offer a character growth system allowing gamers to retain their stats and rise through the ranks like a real soldier. Soldier Front is the next step in FPS gaming.

The various weapons throughout the game were created with more than ten different aspects in mind including operation type, amount and rate of recoil, rate of fire, and even the minimal movements of the view caused by the draw back. The game provides you with a dynamic and realistic experience as if you were actually on the battle field.

I decided to give Free Realms by Sony Online Entertainment a go - http://www.freerealms.com/

Free Realms is a brand-new MMORPG developed by Sony Online Entertainment set in fantasy-themed world. Unlike typical MMOs, combat is completely optional and the focus instead, is spread across a variety of gameplay mechanics.Battle enemies as you search for lost treasure or duel other players. Teach your pet a new trick, mine for gold, cook up a meal, or race your car! When youre ready for a different kind of challenge, play a wide variety of fun minigames, jump into the trading card game or check up with your friends on your profile page

I'm not too much on shooters, but that did look cool. I hope you enjoy free realms. I think I'm going to try Dungeons and Dragons Online. I had some friends who played it before I had reliable internet. I don't know if they're still playing it, but I figure its worth a shot.

Free Realms is cute it reminds me of Wizard 101 but the screen resalution sucks on my notebook so I cant play it on here.

So I am back here to bug people.

I'm a major game addict. Been playing for...[brain creaking from ancient memory access]...13+ years.

At the moment, I'm playing Duke Nukem 3D (and geeked out hugely when I heard the news the Gearbox were releasing Duke Nukem Forever next year), interspersed with dashes of Morrowind and Guilty Gear Accent Core on the Wii.

Unfortunately, my X360 died a couple of days ago, otherwise I could have added WWE Smackdown V Raw 2010 and Borderlands to my "being played" list.

Finally got around to beating Phantasy Star Universe's Story Mode. Now I'm messing around in Extra Mode.

I managed to play Free Realms a little bit the other day and its cute, it contains lots of mini games that are kinda fun, little quests to complete and it has its own card game that is in both digital format and you can buy packs of trading cards from some places.

It is family friendly great for anyone with kids even of different ages they can play together, but its also a good game to play with your kids its a lot like wizards 101 in that way.

Game of Love Chess anyone? http://www.artmunkgames.com/blog/lovechess-screenshots/

I've been playing Legends of Zork and Anarchy Online.

Legends of Zork is basically a really well done facebook game. Its funny, has an interesting leveling system, and a great community. Not actually a facebook game you can find it on legendsofzork.com. Go figure.

Anarchy Online is a cool sci-fi mmo with a unique and in depth world, at least so far. Its free, so that's a plus, but it can be a little hard to pick up. After I read through the manual they had posted on their website I still had to look at a few guides to figure out how not to screw myself over.

Overall though, both cool games and I recommend them.

Just started okaying Evony - http://www.evony.com

Evony is a massively multiplayer online real time strategy game (MMORTS). It is highly popular because it is a persistent world. The landscape does not change each game or each time you log in, but rather you control your fledgling kingdom and direct its affairs. Your subjects will continue building, gathering, researching and laboring even while you are away. You may complete quests, attack barbarians or rival players, form alliances, achieve rank and title and expand your kingdom. Raise your Prestige and vanquish your foes. Your destiny is in your hands.

Thanks Rayne. I just started playing Evony. It actually looks pretty cool and I can be a little picky about this kind of thing sometimes.

Do you know what server and city you are playing in? I am also actually playing through facebook. I did start through evony.com but accidentally deleted that city when I tried to link to my facebook so have started a new through facebook and actually find that interface prettier to look at.

I'm playing in Espada(na25) and my city name is Iselburg. I'm still getting started, but its rather fun. Reminds me of a few other similar games I've played, though the names escape me at the moment.

I have been playing nothing but PSP for a while. Thinking I need some new games for it. But when my MiniSD card gets here, I'll be getting some games for one of my other toys.
