I guess everyone is different. I can shave mine, but the stubble comes back with vengeance sooner rather than later.

Standard safety razors are pretty safe, tho. Maybe just go slow, in the shower, when the skin is soft.

Mine is the same way. My wife says mine grows back in a few hours. So we did the tweezing thing for years. But it two grows back quicker than it should. We did laser and I wonder how it will be in a couple years.
