How do you prefer your eggs?

I want to say in an egg cream, but I’ve never been to NY and don’t know if it contains real egg. I have heard it’s refreshing.
 
Use the egg whites to make meringue cookies or top a pie. Put the egg yolks in ramen.
 
Fried in bacon grease, whites firm and yolks runny.

Second choice would be egg salad Sammy with green onions and crisp lettuce.
 
Depends on my mood and the meal. If for myself, fried on sourdough with cheddar and Sriracha & Crystal sauce. If I am cooking for a group I make a mean omelette. Deviled eggs also get an honorable mention.

Pretend I’m going to use the yolks in something else, but in reality throw them away.
