There's definitely some truth to that, it's a handy way of giving someone a way of not answering if they don't want to though.

I've learned something new with egg in a hole, I'm pretty good with scrambled eggs.

I like mine fried, that's probably quite basic, but I prefer duck eggs.

Costco has quail eggs. I prefer my eggs to be regular chicken eggs.
