Lord Pmann wants to discuss Brianna38

Right. An alt know one really knows. No one knows of their motives, history, or anything except that there is reasons to hide and one of them is Bri.
I only clarified that AHTQ said that she was an old user. That's it.

But if you want my opinion on the "Alt" subject, here it is.

I don't know if anyone knows who's behind that nickname. Personally, I have no problems with anyone returning with a different nickname and not revealing in public who they used to be. There are legitimate reasons for taking that path. If they contact someone in private, then it's a different story.
How is that okay and what Bri did or anyone else that did an alt not okay?
There is no comparison, in my book. But that's just me. We can agree to disagree on this one.

Oh, and to follow me around lit telling everyone what a horrible person I am and how I've scared lots of women off lit. Watch out. She's hacked lit to find me.

i just found out Brianna38 follows me. 😳😂

Shows how much i pay attention to that stuff. It’s a wonder i even found that page within my profile.

Why was she following me?! We never even spoke. Did she just follow everyone?!

ITS WEIRD
possibly. She followed me too.

Why wouldn’t she follow you? If I was a guy pretending to be a girl who wants to talk to girls I’d follow you. 😛
Also, I think it’s a dude who wanted to talk to bisexual girls.
In the end, isn’t this what we all want?

I'm not conflicting with you.

I have seen this sort of thing before. I am trying to understand where people differentiate with these things. Is it by individual or circumstance? Or is there a general rule that some people go by and others do not.

Me neither. :)

I don't know about others but for me is not a matter of individual and/or circumstances.
An Alt is just another nickname, for me. The difference is the use you make.

For example, if you were to delete this account and come back with another and don't say in public that you are Mrtenant, I'm fine with it. But if you were to contact me in private and act like we didn't interact before, therefore not telling me who you are, then, Huston, we have a problem. :D

I don't think she was unique there. Plenty of people I've never spoken with follow me.
I'm sure I'm not alone.

What is the point of following someone, btw?
I used to do it when I saw someone I thought was interesting so I wouldn’t forget who they were. I kind of don’t bother anymore. But is there any real advantage to following or being followed?
Is it just bragging rights?

For myself, it's all in the intent.

MD/Mo_bandy has had different ones, even SoulAssassin (I'll just do obvious ones)...but, they aren't predatory seeking out newbies to take advantage like Troubledone/lancegibs and another that I could name, but I haven't seen his new alt posting yet. 🙄

Not all alts are bad.
As I said, I'm speaking only for myself.

a. I want to see that chest closer.
b. If I don't see your ass, I can go to your page and see if you've posted.

p.s. you are following me too. lol

Think they just added it as a new feature. Follow friends or favorite posters. Kit and I hadn’t been around in years. Saw all the new features, tried for hours to get a simple picture up for our Avatar.

I think it just makes it easier to see what the people you're interested in are up to. Under that lightening bolt, there's a table for "your newsfeed" that I think captures it all. Everyone I had on my buddy list became people I followed.

So people can stalk your feeds... every post you do... every laugh you make... they'll be watchin you o.o

^this is the pattern i typically observe.

Men pretending to be bi-curious women PM me from time to time.

It’s pretty clear after a couple PMs back and forth that something is amiss.
I do wonder tho how many of us have accidentally (and innocently and harmlessly) e-boned a catfish tho?
I swear to you, I'm actually a man.
