Re: Sorry Affair

in opposite directions
we come
around the corner
and brush against each other
we turn without slowing
mutter sorry
and for a second
eat each other
with our eyes
before the building
comes between us
and the affair is over.

Kinda reminds me of the third stage of sex in a relationship. First stage is Kitchen Sink Sex, where you do it anywhere, anytime. The second stage is Bedroom Sex, where you have gradually settled down to more sedate intimacies in the bedroom. The final stage is Hallway Sex where sex is reduced to exchanging "Fuck You"s in the hallway.
