I think this is the recommended procedure for transsexuals who insist on castration prior to Sexual Reassignment Surgery. The sac is saved for transformation into labia during SRS.

But yes, castration shrinks the penis and that is why many SRS surgeons refuse to take a patient who has been castrated. The most common SRS technique is penile inversion and the castrate-shrunken penis will not provide enough depth for creating a functional vagina.

Bronntanas, I am assuming your friend was castrated by a surgeon? I know of one which will castrate non-transsexuals. I have heard of successful home jobs but those are both illegal and dangerous.

I would actually expressly forbid my property to do this unless I thought he had some really really REALLY compelling need to do it.
