People who don't show their face when posting nude pics....

Everyone makes their own choices. That's the cool thing about this world "making our own choices". We post nude pics 'cause we want to and if people have a problem with that, I got two words for them, FUCK 'EM!

i admire that attitude

so long as people are able to accept the consequences...all i am saying is that there are consequences for me that may not apply to you...since they could potentially be steep i would ask that i be allotted the same respect i give you for posting your face

If I want to post my face in my nude pics, I will. You may be worried about losing your job but I'm not. No one knows everything I do online and I can assure you, no one I know in my local area is ever gonna find out what I do here. ;)

looking4it, give it up, move on, he'll never admit to any of your points no matter how well you argue them.

lol...good luck with that

there are no guarantees...and once your pic is posted you no longer have control of where it is, who has it or where it is posted

I don't have to admit. I stated my opinion in the first post in this thread when I started it and my opinion is never gonna change no matter what anyone says. Call me an attention whore all you want. You can agree or disagree with me all you want, that's what a discussion debate is for. There are no right or wrong answers, we're entitled to our own opinions.

Well whatever. Most everyone on LIT has been revealing their faces in pics and there's fucking nothing wrong with it. There aren't many people in the amateur pic forum censoring their faces. Most everyone here has the guts to reveal their face.
In reading this thread, I first wondered what world you live in. After reading this post, I truly wonder which board you're looking at. "Most" people reveal their faces? Not on AmPics, and like others here, I don't blame them.

Even if my local area did find out that I was here and just registering to see my pics, I wouldn't care and would not feel offended or embarrassed. That's what I post 'em on here to begin with for everyone to "see". I want to express myself. Show it and bare it all. This helps inspires me to build my confidence sexually. I've always wanted to expose myself online and this board allows me to do that. I'm not afraid of anything, you can trust me on that. ;)

I can point you out tons of threads where people post nude pics revealing their faces too. There are plenty.

re

"that's what a discussion debate is for"

Nobody will want to discuss or debate anything with a person who has your additude, you express your point and then stand by it no matter what. We might as well turn around and start a debate with the wall, we'll get just as far, good night.

you are right yogi...the naivety is absolutely profound

But there are more where people don't. It doesn't take much time here to see that.

I don't have to agree with you guys, what gives you the right to force me to agree with you? Read the first post when I started this thread, I asked you to "discuss your opinion" on this, and that's what we're all doing, discussing "our opinions". I'm discussing my opinion, you are discussing yours. I don't have the attitude, the attitude I don't like is people who think they are "right" all the time. If people don't want to post their face, that's okay with me. Just leave people alone that do want to show their face. It's their body, their life, let them do what they want to do with themself.

once again you make a blanket statement, then when called on it you try to rationalize it and convince everyone you are right...you don't defend your statement or explain why you believed that no one in your area would ever find you at lit...you don't use logic in any form to support your ideas...you merely continue to state that you freely post yourself and cannot understand why everyone else isn't as "free and open" as you are

please do not use the word debate again in any of your posts...you do not debate at all, you simply overstate an inflated opinion and then spend the rest of your time trying to fix your error

bullshit, you challenged their courage and mettle...that is not "okay with me"

Well what the fuck ever. I stated my honest opinion on this that there is nothing wrong with people showing their face when posting nude pics and that's the end of it. My opinion will never change. There are plenty of people all over this board who reveal their face posting nude pics, it's all over the am forum look around and you'll see. It's mostly the women who reveals their entire nude body showing their face and everything.

discussion and debate is the ability to share ideas, rationale and supportive statements in order to sway someone's opinion or, at the very least, be logical enough to gain an appreciation of your side

you started this mess by making a statement that you do not have the skills to support...you made disparaging remarks about people you didn't respect because they were not a free as you are...if you have a problem with where this thread went you can first take a good hard look in the mirror...

or one of your pic posts i suppose

I know I probably shouldn't even bother, but I feel like I have something to say about this as I'm one of those people who you wouldn't even bother to look at my pictures. It is not because I'm shy (there are people I trust from Lit who have seen my face, and they can vouch that I have nothing to be shy about and I'm not shy about my body either), but because I am afraid of what could happen. It is highly probable that one of my brothers, uncles, cousins, or even my dad could currently be on Lit... not searching to see if I posted pictures, but to enjoy themselves. One thing I've learned from Lit is that ANYONE can be on here... hell, my husband's best-friend posts on here as well.

What they say about jobs is correct too. Imagine a teacher who has a parent that finds pictures of them... or a boss, or anyone. Or what about a public figure or even just a regular office worker. It's not hard for someone to lie about why they created a user-name or how they came across a picture. Also, people can take your posted pictures and post them anywhere they wish. So while Lit is "protected," other places may not be. Who is to say someone doesn't download all your pictures and use them to make their own pornographic site. And I do agree with you that you could sue the heck out of someone for that sort of stuff, you would still lose your credibility in the longrun.

So you can say you don't like the fact that I don't share my face, but please don't write everyone off as being "shy" or not confident enough. You may not feel there are reasons to fear, but to others those reasons are very real.

Thank you

Well, I'm pretty sure this board had this discussion many times in the past before by other people, not only myself. So I'm sure a topic like this is nothing new for LIT. I respect your honesty and all but you can do it without calling people names. Like your mother says, you have nothing nice to say, don't say it at all. Everything I say in this thread is my side of the story and my opinion.

I made it very clear, I'm not afraid of anything if my nude pics happen to be flying around to everyone in the public by people I know, 'cause that's the reason I posted them here. I want to show myself nude to everyone, face and everything. It's something I've always wanted to do.

I do have my own website and blog, but I wouldn't post my nude pics there 'cause they have TOS rules that don't allow nudity or adult porn. This is why I am on a hunt for message boards like this to give me that opportunity. ;) I would be flattered and amazed if I happen to walk in the street or walk in a store, someone comes up to me and says, "hey, I saw your pics in LIT". The same I'd feel if a family member or a close friend happen to recognize me here. I'm a 30 year old man, no one would care what I would do here. :)

But can we turn this thread into a positive direction and stop the bickering? I'll ask this question again. Is anyone else bothered that people censor their face? I can prove my point that there are plenty of people in here who don't have a problem showing their face when posting a nude pic. I have a plan to do just that.

"As long as they don't do it on the job, there is nothing wrong with that. It's the point I'm trying to make all along! Bosses don't care what employees do in their private time off the job."

But in many cases bosses do care. You said that yourself in another post here. I know it's easy to get confused by these arguments, but you also said many people have gotten fired for posting nude pictures, and that some of them sued, and some of them won their suits. I can see why some people wouldn't want to go through this experience, especially since it costs money. The simple solution is to post with anonymity.

By the way, I noticed that some of your 'must sees' are pictures with faces concealed or omitted.

Interesting.

Posting with anonymity means completely hiding your identity. If you're here posting nude pics of you whether showing your face or not, that's not posting with anonymity. Anybody can easily recognize you, even if someone does not post their face, they can say, "hey, that body looks familiar, I might know that person".

If you look carefully, the ones you speak do show their face in a pic or two but most of them has revealed their face.

I wish I could, but if I was recognized by the wrong people it would be a problem at work for me for sure.
Sorry if posting the way I have has bothered some, I apologize.

Who was this in response to? You just never responded to my arguments besides in this post, yet I did not call anyone names. And yes, you have made your points obviously clear, and I was just making my opinion clear. If you feel comfortable about pictures of you being seen by people who know you, then that is AWESOME for you! That is your choice to be made, but that doesn't mean that people who disagree with those choices are somehow uncomfortable with their bodies (as in having it linked with their face and name). If you are willing to take chances of your boss seeing them and having to file lawsuits, then that is fine as well. I never argued your right to your choices... I was just explaining why I personally do not post my face and why others I know do not as well.

You are right, this discussion has come up before in the past. But you can't expect not to get backlash from the people who censor their faces (or who are friends or frequent visitors of people who do not share their face), since you are obviously "bothered" by their pictures. If you don't want to hear why people are not bothered and are understanding of the situation, then maybe you shouldn't have posted in the first place. You could have kept on just not visiting or posting on those threads that do not show the face, keeping your views to yourself.

Thank you
