People who don't show their face when posting nude pics....

My boss cares what I do in my private life.

I'd be out on my ass so fast if anyone at my workplace found out that I was doing this.

But you'll just have to take my word for it since I don't plan to explain what I do for a living and where.

you are wrong

there are morality clauses in many contracts that could be invoked if you were caught posting nudes on the internet...

+1 I know people that are in education at the college as well as public level, and like mine, their contracts have a 'morality' clause that is very broad at best, and can cover a myriad of things such as posting on the net

morality is a subjective thing... there is a part of me that wishes i would get the guts to post, but then there is that voice that reminds me of potetnial consequences

there are ways to post pics anonymously...if you have those desires you should carefully act on them, the feedback you get can be very nice

brandy and laurie are right....and there's many ways to have fun around here and still do it anonymously.

I'm also a teacher...and I was on tv last week so that really would not go over well...

by the way...I've written a few teacher stories...a few in honor of Laurie...check them out if interested...or send me a pm.

Interesting, just what do you teach??

:D

no faces

i dont see the problem with not posting your face along with the rest of your body. i guess a lot of people want to keep their private lives private.

i'd hate it if someone i knew came up to me and said "hey - saw all your bits online last night" ... sometimes you only want certain people to see you.. you should be able to pick and choose who those people are.

Well for me now this half of a mute point. I have actually started a pic thread. No face, but ppl seem to like it anyway.

re

I have no desire to start this whole debate again but I saw a news story today about a Pro Hockey player named Jiri Tlusty, who is 19 and plays for the Toronto Maple Leafs. Turns out last year he took a pic of himself on a camera phone and unbenounced to him, someone posted the pic on the internet. Now as far as I'm concerned, this should not be news but it reinterates the point I was trying to make. This story was frontpage this morning, all over the sports shows and the player had to release a statement saying he used poor judgement and regrets the mistake. I won't compare this to the many people on here, myself included who choose to not show the face because we choose to post pics whereas this kid did not take the pic with the intent of posting it on the internet. It just shows how the general public, especially the media views people who take nude pics.
