S.A.S. shoes are popular for nurses and older people as well. Just thought I would bring that fascinating fact up.

I remember going to a mom and pop shop back in my day (1980's) as a child and having my feet measured for shoe fittings. This has become a thing of the past...

I remember getting a shoe fitting every year for school.
Those metal thingamiggies that measured feet were so helpful.

No wonder I feel like I'm drowning a bit these days with keeping up with shoe sizes, etc. I forgot we used to outsource that part of life. Having growing kids is hard with and little things like this make a HUGE difference.

This is my first try with meat sauce. I had an omelette in Vegas that was Italian spiced beef and spaghetti sauce, so I took a try at it. Didn't have time to make a roast, so tried sausage instead. Mozzarella and Parmesan. Came out pretty good.

Your feet may stop growing, but that doesn’t mean they don’t change in size as you age. Some people’s feet widen as the arch falls, and weight loss or gain can affect shoe size as well.

I am familiar with the feet widening! I wonder how much they change once you "stop growing".
