Hi everyone!
I walked 5 miles this morning. I'm tired!
Saw a family...about a 4 year old on a scooter you sit on but no pedals, moving his little legs as fast as he could on the ground, mom was running behind him, dad was pushing a stroller and had a dog on a leash! omg! It was a hoot to watch!
I have lots more pink pics but just need to get them edited.

Hi everyone!
I want to give a thanks to all of you that served or are serving in our military. A friend just lost his 99 year old dad who was in the Army Air Corp. He flew over Omaha Beach on D-day. MrSB's dad (95 and still with us) was also in the Army Air Corp and was a radio man in B17's. He was shot down over the English channel and was the last to leave the plane.
I am humbled and thankful for all our military, present and past!
I walked 4 miles this am. Then MrS and I worked on the pool a bit. Still too cool to get in it.

We're going out for dinner with friends tonight and have no plans for tomorrow.
I just finished editing the pink photos so thought I'd post some.
Talon....My mom is getting back to normal. My sister called and said she followed her as she drove to Walmart. I have no idea how she drives, but she does ok!

The real reason I am posting is to thank you for your your recognition of those who have served our country , I am a Vietnam vet and grateful for you comments as I am sure all my fellow Vietnam vets are. We too thank and are grateful to our fellow WWII vets and those that came before them. We all carried on the tradition of serving our country when it called and thank those that followed for heeding the call as well. Precious American blood has been shed not only to protect our country but to protect freedom around the world. Thank you again for your recognition of those who served and may all those who fallow be recognized as well.

Part of my laptop keyboard is not working. Very strange. I've done diagnostic stuff and nothing.

I'm not posting pics today. This computer issue has me sidetracked and pissed! So I have to figure out what's going on.
I think I still have 1 year warranty so will be taking it to the Microsoft store if I can't fix it.

There is an organization called Vettes4Vets that rents Talladega Speedway for the weekend. For a $100 contribution you can drive 5 laps around the track and $75 for each additional 5 laps. You do drive your own car. No racing . Below is a their web page.
Early bird registration with special pricing is open:
Track Days are FRIDAY, MAY 26 AND SATURDAY, MAY 27, 2017
