Studies show that when it comes to online dating, women worry most about the man turning out to be violent/a killer. Men worry most about the woman not matching her profile picture (ie, she's heavier and/or isn't as attractive).

Sources weren't cited so I can't vouch for the accuracy, but if it's true I find that telling.

Cried herself to sleep... over a sports decision (I'm with her, too. The decision made no sense).

Judging by the last night, I will not be ready when this kid gets her heartbroken by a boy.

Dr. Minxy prescribes lots of hugs, and cookies. Cookies make everything better. That seemed to distract Babyminx when she came home crying that their band only improved by 1 score point after a meet during competition season. (They did go on to take third in their entire division last weekend, up from 13th last year. I was actually jumping up and down I was so excited. Woot!)

Babyminx informed me yesterday right before we left to go shopping all day, that she needs Pozole for 25, and 25 sugar skulls for Tues so guess who was up molding sugar skulls til all hours of the morning.

Babyminx is going to be sent to reform school if she doesn't get her shit together.

All the boychild did was lose every damn pencil I bought him, and then get snippy that I didn't have a pencil reserve for him to draw from.

I'm thinking a week in Vegas for me where they get to fend for themselves at home would be an excellent learning experience for everyone involved, and make them appreciate their MOM!
