Done!

Now, there is the part that will really piss you off...

If I had just sat down and done it two weeks ago, it sure would have saved me a lot of procrastinator's aggrivation...

Now I got to go wash. I got government form stuff all over me...

You know your right DiJit...what's with that??? If we wanted everyone to know we would stand in the hall and make an announcement!!!
Well unfortunately I have had those doctors a lot! They also have made arrangements for medications and other stuff with past schools which was totally embarrassing. I much prefer the covert way of doing things.

If I wanted people to know that much about me I might as well just wear a giant sandwich board on my lap and roll around town.

I gotta try and e-mail friends about the big art festival we're having this weekend. Its supposed to be the biggest one in the state and we have 250,000 people who live in the city and an expected 250,000 people who will come for the festival so it will get pretty crazy this weekend.

LMAO

Boy, have I heard that a few times in my life. There will be more on that in a bit... :)

I want to introduce you to the newest member of the family, Munchie - short for Munchkin.

She is quite beautiful, as you can see. Quite a bit older than Ms. Audrey, she is somewhat reserved. But it has been reported to me that she is warmning to Nikki quite a bit. She probably just needs a bit more time. Up to now, the world has not treated poor ole Munchkin very nicely.

Don't know what to say about the last two pictures, specially the last one. They make my heard swell. That is a true, "happy" smile on the face of a young lady that most of the time has little to be happy about in her life. Ah, I will let the pictures tell you about it.

And lastly, a couple pictures of the Wild Rose. It has a date (2/12/77) stamped on the label inside the body, but it's appointments are quite different than the one's listed in their catalog for that year. Another model mystery for me and El to chase after. I need to get better pictures taken, these are from the eBay listing and don't do the guitar justice.

The coffee is done. But the guy that runs this house still hasn't replaced the rum. Sorry about that...

oops, forgot the pictures...

Uhhhhhhh, There were pictures with this story?

Hurry up and drink your coffee and post the pics. :D

Morning Blooze.

Munchie is a beauty! And so is the beaming smile on Nikki's face!

She looks so very happy. Glad that the cat is warming up and is starting on her better life with someone who loves her. :catroar: :cathappy:

Ah, Geez Mom...

okay...

But, I am hot on the trail of some equations that will guestimate the Et and Quarter mile speed based on just the weight and Hp of the car, and then a means of relating this info to road racing applications...

and, I am starting to see/hear some fruit from the the frailing exercises I have been working on. Played the guitar last night until my left hand and fingers were absolutely dead, and I could no longer control them.

So what's for dinner? Oops, sorry... I know, it doesn't matter - I'll eat what is set before me.

Wash my hands too? Sheesh...

Here is the car I have been working on the last day or so. The paint job is a gift from a kid (friend) that has recently our bunch of ne'er-do-wells known as MInc, or Muscle Inc.; an organization commited to preservation and promoting the pre '75 Muscle Cars in the game.

So far we have put most of those types of cars that the game provides into the top 100% of the world wide B Class rankings. This is with some pretty stiff competition from the likes of Honda, Ferrari, Lamborgini, and Porsche.

At any rate. I am quite proud of this car. The paint job is unique, made for me specifically because to some, I am considered the God Father of Muscle Inc. and Muscle Car building, even if I can't drive 'em for crap.

And it is a damned good job. I told Mav I would post an example of what was possible with the painting tools in the game, provided one has the talent. What is neat, is that the whole design can be made into a single vinyl that can be used on other cars. I have a Caddy CTS-V that will be sporting this livery come Saturday...

Seems like he is playing the full orchestration of the song. Wow. He can pick a guitar.
LOL - there is that one section where he is playing two melody lines while keeping up the rythym... That boggles me brain cells, scrolls right off my screen.

It takes me ages to learn a moving bass line, usually half a measure at a time. Playing a different melody...

Ahhh It's the wee hours of the mornign and I'm finally done wandering the house getting ready to tuck myself in....

The night is a warm one....the mind doesn't want to quit....though the body is screaming "You freakin crazy lady go to bed"...so i think the body has finally won the battle ;)

Doctors office called me at work tonight to give me the results of the blood work...R tested positive for Mono...there can be no surgery till his body is fully recovered. They will check him weekly..the biggest risk is an enlarged spleen an/or liver...so no rough housing or contact sports..and yeah his girlfriend needs to be tested...the biggest effect it seems to be having on him is that he tires more easily and sometimes he gets crabby....he's funny when he gets crabby...always such an easy going boy..of course I don't let him see me laughing at him

This real life shit~LOL~ it's always something....

We will handle this like we do all the crazyness that life throws us...TEAM WORK

One more day and then I have 4 vacation days....THIS HOUSE WILL BE PACKED UP...SORTED....BOXES SHIPPED...BOXES READY TO BE PICKED UP BY GOODWILL.No time left to waste anytime...it will be the end of the month before I know it..

Kisses Chief...Kisses Family

Out of engery...somebody turn off the lights, lock the door, strip off my clothes and tuck me in K?

LOL - Hell, I get all sweaty just lookin' out the window when it's like that...

I was thinkin' Little Bit... whoa! Sit back down. Some of my ideas aren't all that bad...

If a Dempsey Dumpster is the eventual outcome for a bunch of the accumulation, then it might be a good idea to go ahead and get it now. Have a proper recepticle handy could help winnow the piles and make the job not look nearly as overwhelming.

Ole R ought to look back and try to figger out when he walked thru that puddle of germs and where he was when he done it. Then he should resolve to never go back there again.

I have my suspicions as I study back on the chronology of this whole thing. I think I know where he got the strep and the mono. He was perkin' along just great until he got that cyst operated on. Then one infection after another. Yeppers - the out patient surgery center... perfect spot ever was for running into every germ ever was.

When he goes in for the next surgery, have him wear one of them masks...

Hang in there little ones. :) :rose:

It is kind of like eating bannanas and a big ole chunk of cheddar cheeze, "this too will pass..."

Sorry I'm late this morning. Been a sleepin', I have. And not cuz I was up 'til the itty bitty hours building out a car and racing it. I went to bed early-ish. I need to remember this. It feels pretty good to not be sleepy. I think I will do this more often.

After much deliberation, flopping this way, then flopping that. Fretting and a grinding, head a shaking as I grit my teeth and scratch at my head with both hands like a flea crazed hound, I finally made the decision.

The Ash Festival will be my Ornkey tuned guitar.

Now, I need to look at selling one... which one? This could hurt...

LOL - that is a good one, specially for showing the kind of relationship Chet and Jerry had. Chet was sort of reserved, practiced, studied. Jerry was peel 'er back and let the fur fly, see what happens. I have both of their duet albums and it isn't hard to tell which one is taking the lead... the whole flavor of the song changes.

But in spite of all the clowing around, and the goofy movies, Jerry Reed was one hell of a musician. Many of his compositions required learning a whole new way to play the guitar, a new way to think about chords and the neck - technical marvels like "The Claw", "Blue Finger", and "Jerry's Breakdown".

However, this right here is how I came to know Jerry Reed. This is what got me interested in chasing him down, interested in learning to play the guitar like him. It is a simple little song, well written, with a nifty little hook between the chorus and verses of the song.

The guy was smooth, he was slick. And I wanted to play like him. Still working on it...

(interesting how he kept his first finger of his right hand all tucked up. It looks uncomfortable. I bet the story behind that is fun...)

You are SO Right Macx....R hadn't been sick in about 4 years till he had the surgery....THAT"S what makes hospitals so scarey...it's not what you go in with that tends to be the problem....it's what you leave with

He just left to go to work..he works just part-time 2 days a week....before he left I had a serious talk with his friend...appointed his friend as R's official body guard when they are together. I just worry that when they get together they will rough house...you know they are teenager boys ;) Tried to instill the seriousness of the situation....Need to protect both the spleen and the liver at this point they are vunerable. He puffed his chest out..."Don't worry R's Mom"...funny he always refers to me as R's Mom..."I will serve and protect"...I walked away shaking my head muttering "wise ass"

Well the fan has dried the water droplets from my skin and I am off to get dressed and find a game face

Always tough to let go of something you unexpectedly got attached to. I seem to remember that most of the ladies were kinda for investment. ;)

Oh well, it gets a lot more personal after you have fingered and stroked and diddled with the lady's bit and parts. And listened to her sing.
