I'm confused.Actually, Trump was denied the opportunity to present evidence in his defense and wasn't provided with proper notice as is required by due process. In short the court made a fact finding without evidence and without giving the accused the opportunity to be heard.
This is why the SCOTUS is going to hear the issue and decide. Until it does all we hear is graveyard whistling on your part.

That seems odd. How did this even get to be something they would adjudicate on? You telling us that courts, especially the highest in a state, just willy nilly make decisions on things? Hmmmmmm. Were there no appeals? Was there not an initial case where trump and his legal team could've attended to state their objections or give findings?
Well, sir, I agree with you. This is an easy one. SCOTUS should immediately throw out and not even listen to this on failure of due process.
