Oh no! I published my story “Be String For Me” and put the text into the admin comments, but my story does not show in the contest list page.

It probably takes a day or two for it to be added to the list. But I could be wrong.

Leave it a day to see if it gets added before you send the PM. Laurels a busy lady and may just be behind.

For the first two days, there were only seven stories listed. There is a little lag time for the site to update. Don't worry, I'm sure they will all be up there.

Mine is showing on the contest page itself but not the tag page, I think it's just lag because the tag is there.

I had a similar thing happen with my story although it seems to have settled down now as it's had enough votes to gain a bit of inertia, and it's risen a bit. Surely there's a numerical limit to the troll bombers? Nobody's playing for sheep stations here, so a bit disturbing if there's too much active sabotage. Good luck - I enjoyed your sexy short!

I've already got a few pages written for this. A bisexual chef falls for a gay server in his restaurant, who--as it turns out--has a full life that doesn't necessarily have room in it for some old dude. Chaos ensues, cum happens, there is a timely Halloween hookup, etc. The working title is "My Boyfriend's Boyfriend."

Sigh. Looks like I'm cancelling this one. At the stage I'm at and at the rate the work is getting done (or not done), I can't justify continuing.

Oh well. I'll try again for Christmas.

Once I publish my other story, I'm considering taking a week off and do no writing at all. I'm a little burned out and need a break. I'm very likely to sit the Winter Contest out (unless an idea I can't resist hits me) and focus entirely on my main story.

I've "murdered" thousands of "people" in my stories, but never in a sexual context... that's the key, I believe...

Just back burner it. Work on it slowly over the next year, and submit for next year. It worked for me.

The eternal dilemma with LW...lots of views, potential low scores. I've posted there just once, fairly happily...a few vicious anti-cuck comments, but bulk views and not a bad score.
