Hmm, yes, it's much easier to tell the difference when it's written down, haha!! Would have saved me a lot of wasted excitement if she'd text me.

This made me laugh, but actually I was thinking that I communicate with my partner a lot by us talking, some messaging, but also sometimes emails. I find the emails useful as I can ramble on for paragraphs and find the process of writing helps shape and clarify my thoughts. It is a great medium for slow reflectors like me

I actually wonder if we lived together I would probably want to continue with it

Hi Elle, was the supermarket as bad as expected? And is it just me, or does it seem rather quiet around here of late?

Know what you mean, I can think of far better things to do than supermarket shopping. I don't mind mooching around interesting places and little seaside towns though. Barmouth is one of my favorites, it never seems to really change.

Lally always goes quiet about now, I think she gets dumped with around a month of really lousy hours with work, and I'll bet that Daisy's wondering what's hit her by now, the way her business was going Malich has been on and off, but a lot of the new folks have been quiet (LucyBee excepted, of course).

Yeah, having a chatty phase . Well, don't think I will get to cha cha cha this week after all, but will get to see a friend I haven't seen in ages instead, so that's good.

Having said that, they like to change things around quite often, so we are having a re-jig of who does what in my team. More work, less resources, the usual. But that's ok. We'll review it in a few months to see if the ship can still sail or whether we are beginning to sink!! Love the people I work with though which is really important to me and our frontline staff do amazing jobs.

SV, I am officially still working my notice, but I was owed holiday, so I am taking it!
I have a few reports to do for them when I get back, then I am done.
Got to do my tax return too, so need to get my butt in gear.
This year's will be so much easier. I have an accounting system that does it all for you.
