What is disturbing is there is nothing humans can do now to prevent it. Just manage it. And unfortunately, we can't even do that. Canada will be the new wheat belt...we will be northern Mexico

You are being extremely optimistic.

A global hellscape is more likely.

Though I do have to disagree with you when you contend that humans CAN DO NOTHING to prevent it.

My concern is that humans WON’T DO ENOUGH to prevent it.
