We need firearms to defend ourselves from a tyrannical government. What sense does it make if the only thing the government needs to do to justify disarming you is label you a criminal? I am not saying the government IS doing this currently though they might be. I am however certain if I had law enforcement on my side I could easily convict anybody I wanted of selling drugs, probably theft, or a myriad of other crimes. We know even with our current system that there are lots of completely innocent people behind bars and more than that who might have been 'crime adjacent' but I was your Uber driver. I didn't know you were about to storm the Capitol! I mean every year the Vote Count is like woodstock! Honestly until J6 I had NO clue what day that formality took place. Its like I know when my brother got married, I have NO clue when he went to the courthouse and filed all the paperwork! The case involved Jose Paz Medina-Cantu, a Mexican national who was arrested in Texas by Border Patrol agents in 2022.


Medina-Cantu, who had illegally re-entered the United States after being deported, thanks to Biden-Harris open border, was found in possession of a handgun.

It wasn't such a stretch to the founders. Who perhaps lived a bit closer to their faith and the teachings of that faith than many of today do.
