Thinking: Well sugar snaps... When I offered to take some of the snow fall last week, it was meant to be a symbolic gesture of support, not a request.

Feeling: Blessed that the furnace was installed today on schedule.

Doing: Standing over a heat register and kissing another vacation day goodbye for tomorrow.

Thinking: I can do this. I can stay up past 11pm. I'm only 31.

Feeling: Tired. Missing my friends around Lit. Stupid work...

Doing: Reading 'To Kill A Mockingbird' and loving it so far.

LT ~ I'm finding more and more that all I want to do is write. All I need is the time to try and do it.

Feeling ~ Kinda old. A girl who was tiny when I moved here and taught her has come back to our school to do her work experience. She's a young lady now, it's scary. I'm ever so proud of her but...damn, I've been here a long time!

Doing ~ Coffee and trying to finish a chapter before work.

LT - It was pointed out to me recently that I've not done anything for myself in longer than a friend could remember...Sitting here on the first day of my staycation, I've noticed that she was right...

Feeling - Happy that for the first time in two years, I don't have to keep my phone on me like a leash for four whole days.

Doing - Writing...for the first time in months...lots of firsts today, it seems.
