TSCLT 7.0: Hemis, Harleys, Hooters-n-Harridans

The architect checked. It was on the plans. The asshat who framed it (I never did like the arrogant shithead - he was Le(a)d's bitch) had done a bunch of them correctly. I think he got complacent. I think that, if his jefe man's up and does the Right Thing, that he'll be fixin' to fix it fer free.

The occupant will enjoy the show, actually.

Prez may not have been verra happeh. Wat is glad that his fingerprints weren't on this clusterfuck.

And on that note, it's bedtime, and cat-time, and other stuff . . . .

Two cuttings is all we usually get. Sometimes there's a 3rd cutting, but those are rare.

I hope you also have a terrific week.

Thank you

It is a standard week which means we as a team are watching a Management Fubar being played out right before our eyes.

My company was recently sold.... the 3 Stooges bought it.... and have installed Laurel and Hardy to run it.... the hilarity ensues....

I am hoping to get to retirement here.... but have chosen not to hold my breath.

I trust that your week is better...

Happy non-payday Wednesday!!!

Oh yeah, he reframed it - wrong. The more I think about it, the more I've decided that there's a column at the open end that a beam rests on, which means that it's going to have to be moved, too, which will involve opening another ceiling and a hole in the far wall.

[____________X--------------X

The underslashes are the wall what needs moved. The hyphens are the beam, and the x's are the columns. I hope this makes it clearer. The whole mess needs to move up the page 3". Two minimum, but would you take that chance?

Sleep was fabulous . . . until the cat squabble on my chest at 0500. And I wanted to come home to this???? ;)

They're cats - it's what they do.

And I happened to get smart ones, all of them. The boy Siamese isn't overly bright, but he's badly overshadowed by the other two.

And he's still way brighter than the typical Lit poster, and better mannered . . . .

Columns = load bearing. Good luck to whoever tackles it.

Almost ready to head out to the range. Forecast to be a scorcher today with a cool down and return to monsoon patterns tomorrow. Anyway, probably be out of there early unless I decide to practice reading the mirage. If so it will then depend on the bugs.

Ah yes, mirage.

I may ride over to the dealer and see about this speedo/tach combination thingie that they have. I'm a big fan of tachs, and these bikes are short on them. So I'd like to sort that out, if possible.

And I may slither over and pick up my computer, too.

This one is ready for an electromagnet . . . .

There was a guy I used to shoot with that could read mirage like no one I've seen before or since. He'd give lectures on how to do it and it still boiled down to FM. (Fucking Magic)

It's like driving down the road and seeing some Lit jeenyus in the right lane acting hinkey, and you just fucking know they're going to make a left turn outta the right lane . . .

and then they do.

I've done this while riding with folks, and they say, "how did you know???"

I reckon that it's fucking magic.

The lighting circuit is acting hinkey. I wager that a breaker is acting up.

It always something, my Little Roseanne Roseannadanna.

I'll deal with it later. It's off to the dealer, and then to Mom's, and then (most likely) to lunch.

Knocked off another couple of pounds this past stint, too, so there's that . . . .

Wat won here.

This is the new pooter.

All praises to Allah, et cetera.

Still shaking it down, but it's shaking . . . .

Yep. All new an' shit.

We tried something . . . completely different.

Went out to dinner with the Wednesday night gang. It was a nice outing, mostly because I sat at the end of the table populated by people who like me - mostly. The other end . . . not so much. That's our Wat, making "friends" and influencing people.

Did I mention that it's damned good to be home?

Happy Thursday!!! Slept great and feel rested. Woke, too.

Our wheelchair allowances are larger than the uniform building code. We'd pass fine if that were our standard, but it ain't. And it ain't like the guy who framed it warn't told about half a hundred million times.

Of course, it ain't like Le(a)d wasn't smoking ciggies and talkin' on the iPhone when he could have been measuring.

I think we get some rain today . . . .

We have T'Storms forecast for afternoons and evenings through Mon. Weekend timing cycle.

Would be interesting to see who tries to blame who for that snafu.

Bet it'll be good to see that place in the rear view mirror for the last time.

Need to order the parts to finish up the last receiver this AM.

Looks like t-storms here this afternoon. No quakes.

At least none that I'm aware of.

Did I mention that I really like this thingie? I really like this thingie.

Trying to order a couple of parts and the site is being wonky. Dumb fucks don't wanna make no shekels . . . .

The St. Pauli girl has just informed me that a tropical storm is headed my way...

It never fucking stops.

Swear to Allah!
