TSCLT 7.0: Hemis, Harleys, Hooters-n-Harridans

I'm going to head out soon enough to get the shopping I should have done yesterday done today. I just traded range time for shopping time yesterday. I think it was a good trade.

The cats are out and about. They have to go out each morning to find out what critters encroached on their territory during the night. I know for a fact that some 'coons amble through from time to time to see if anything's been left out.

Got teh Walmart visit done. Changed the litter boxes out - it was time. Made chili - yes, it's July, and chili. Washed my hands in between so I didn't introduce any Extra Flavors.

The little boy Siamese decided to have a running fit while I was cooking. I enjoy being witness to those.

Josh burns for the Usual Reasons . . . .

Back from my rounds as well. No outside work until after 6PM for me. Fortunately I have plenty to do inside. Some for fun, some because it's got to be done and I don't have a slave.

Looks like you have more than enough 'pan's' for that chili Wat. :D

It's starting to smell good. Supper seems promising tonight.

Give it about 6 more hours . . . .

I, too, ran a little errand. It's beautiful day here. Maybe I'll see if I can talk someone into a picnic. The pups might go, if I add crick wadin to the mix.

Dog-type critters should enjoy that on a warmish day like this one here has turned out to be.

It looks to be hot as Hell here this week. Mountains will be more gooder, as in, cooler.

Those are mountains, east of the Great Plains.

Yes, there be. I spend a lot of time there any more. Some are rather mountainous.

i have hemis

Yes, I agree with you. Just don't leave . . . . :D

Went to see some folks, and then went for a ride.

For not having really gone anywhere in particular, I certainly put 400 miles on The Old Girl. Enjoyed every minute of it, too.

My sojourn outside was brief, it's effin hot out there. But some clouds are building up to the West and it looks promising for rain to cool it down a little. Even a near miss would be appreciated.

Another drive by cuppers sighting I see.

Yes, which is always appreciated.

I haven't even checked to see what the rain forecast is for this week. My guess is, t-storms most afternoons, with few actually forming.

No matter, the mountains are cooler.

Happy long-ass day Monday!!!

Sleep was good, just not long enough.

Cats are fed, dishes are washed, kitchen is cleaned and tidied mostly, and nothing special is going on.

But coffee. That's going on nicely . . . .
