I’ve always been a morning person, I normally only sleep about 5-6 hours and consider 6 am to be “sleeping in”.

I have been processing 'maters for two straight weeks.

Yesterday was chili...

Today it's raining, so I am spared harvesting for one day.
Too many plants were put out.
I've tried corn here, but the squirrels strip it to the cob
while it is still green. I keep shooting them and they keep
replenishing their ranks. I blame the acorns of the oak forest.
It is resplendent with cheap, easy squirrel food giving them the energy to raid...

I haven't watched the weather report yet to see what the speculation is for next week. Last I saw, it was rain. No matter,I'll be either sleeping or working.

In other news, I have a potential business opportunity, I’m considering buying into a hardware/lumber/rental equipment store.

Might at least get me to get out of the house and be productive.

I've tried the Death Wish Coffee, a bit too much for me
Had some bacon and eggs and brought muffins and donuts
back for the rest. One big advantage to having breakfast
with a little person is that you don't really have to talk, they
do it all for you. And now she is running around handing out
goodies to everyone, even if they think they're going to stay
asleep
And I since work has me up early most days my body just
doesn't sleep in anymore.
