Food to be determined. Had a milkshake at 1600 and ain't feelin' supper.


Heard a whopper today. Jabba senior told me he'd get me a big raise at the end of the year - and not to tell anyone. So I'm not too sure about this one. There's a weasel clause - he has to clear it with Higher Ups. I'll believe it when it appears in my checking account.


Gonna be a quiet evening tonight . . . .

Big salad here and then a frozen Chicken Cordon Bleu entree'. Other than the salad I just don't feel like putting any effort into cooking.

Nice day today here. The water issues continued this morning but I was out all day and missed most of them. A bird bath was required before going out, though.

I've been having chicken with home made bbq sauce with a side of jerky lately, so have rice in my rice cooker and broccoli ready to steam. I'll add chicken breast and drizzle on some Teriyaki or Sweet and Sour from Jaques in Le Baux.

I haven't any fresh ginger to make teriyaki from scratch.

This batch of jerky is quite good. With the amount if water you drink with jerky, after removing all that water, it seems like it would be more efficient to eat steak.

Jerky is for long overland trips on horseback or by Conestoga wagon...

The house is open to save money, but it probably should not be
because this is also the kickoff to allergy season.
I sure hope they play football this year,

The coffee is really good this morning but I must confess,
I might have drank too much yesterday, I should cut back.

I'll drink one and burn some josh towards Wat's raise.
