This past week one of those self-entitled types started working at my office.

He was upset with an onboarding process that I do not administrate and for some reason he chose to make some random point about it.

He did the passive aggressive and condescending email to me and he cc'd a list of executive staff intending to intimidate me.

In the text of his message he states that he's "The new Deputy Director of (bullshit management post)."

Which translates as "Don't you know who I am?"

And he demanded that I change the onboarding process to suit him.

I hit "Reply All" and cc'd the (CEO equivalent) and attached her memo that created the onboarding process.

I told him to discuss his objections with her and not me.

This morning I got his separation paperwork.
