Had to drop MrAlthea’s car off and on the walk home, the hill that almost killed me back in october/november hardly bothered me at all. Huge rehab win!

Words. Sometimes, someone will use a word or words in a way I've never considered, and it is so perfect that all I can do is smile. I will roll those words around in my brain for a while like I hold on to a hard candy to squeeze all the taste out of it.

Dunno why, but I got up early to work out and saw the Big Dipper when I got my water bottle outta my truck. Hadn’t seen it since last fall, so it was sorta comforting.

A really great day with an art exhibition and excellent lunch at a restaurant that gets so much praise I was a bit worried I’d be disappointed but they are worth every little bit of it.
Then we went for a drive in search of better weather, took a walk in the park and then had really great afternoon fika.
