Yeah, you cut the potatoes thick and they help you with the squares.
There is a bit of work that goes in this dish. Not a difficult one but just time consuming in preparation. But totally worthy. It is delicious.
 
Food to chew on instead of nails. The election results will start pouring in soon…

I made a bunch of appetizers for him tonight while it’s just us and the kids.
Tomorrow we are feeding hungry hordes.

Looks like I picked the wrong weekend! Delicious!
 
Started the day before breakfast, making gyros for tomorrow.
Then we made the cheescake danishes, this time with strawberry jam and limoncello glaze.
After that the lamb roast went in the oven, the eggs got deviled, we made cous cous salad with feta, tomato, lemon, shallots, pine nuts and parsley and matjes with eggs, pickled red onion, eggs, sour cream and toasted kavring bread.
Oh, and we baked focaccia with olives.
If anyone in the horde is still hungry, it’s on them.
