Whats everyone doing today?

Off to do some of PTM's type of work, but I'm not using my teeth, it would take an hour to chew through these ones. :p

Oh dear...good, it is rough on the teeth! Good luck...make sure you have a sharp knife and a hot iron. ;)

My biggest accomplishment today was removing the parking violation sticker from my car window. A lot of patience was needed to slowly pull the sticker off in parts and WD-40 took care of the adhesive residue.

At least I wasn't the only one who didn't realize we were in a no parking zone.
Perhaps the city may want to install bigger/clearer signs...not saying they're to blame, I was at fault, but the sign obviously doesn't stand out to many of us.

They put STICKERS on your vehicle? What a mess. Sorry to hear about the ticket too, bummer.

That's the good news-no ticket, unless it comes later in the mail. But the stickers are a pain to remove. I just used my hands and the tip of my nails to pull it off; it took about 40 minutes. I guess it's to make you remember not to do it again.

Actually I don't have any nails. They're just barely past the quick. I had acryllic nails on for about a month, 3 months ago, and my nail beds have taken a long time to become healthy again. I just slipped what little bit of nail I had underneath the adhesive to pull it up and tried to keep the sticker in one long piece. It was very slow going.

I'm going to do my best impression of a slug and attempt doing absolutely nothing at all. :D

Anyone with me?

I'm a perfect candidate. I'm still not supposed to be doing anything per doctor's orders and after overdoing it last weekend I think I'd best listen to the doctor.

But I'm sick and tired of doing nothing!

He really is, isn't he? EJ, just call us your LitHarem.

But then we'd have to find a eunuch. Not many volunteers for that. ;)

I can pretend to be a Eunuch and then late one night after we've all had a few drinks and you realize you've fallen in love with me surprise you with evidence that I'm not Eunuchal.

I can so TOTALLY relate!!! I had acryllic nails on for 10 days back in June. I went back to the same salon to have them taken off, the gal looked at me like I had 3 heads! "Don't you like them".... Oh yes, I like them... and my BF REALLY liked them ;) :p .. but they are SOOOO bad for your nails!!! perhaps another 3 months and they'll be back to where they were before I did all this....

I did a 2 mile walking tape, then went to the pool with my BF and his daughter.... foreplay in a pool.. YIPPEE!!!

What do they do your nails? I've never had acrylic nails.

They put this acryllic 'stuff' over your nails.... makes the nail VERY hard and is really pretty... but your natural nails don't breathe, so it weakens them if you take them off... last time I had acryllic nails, I had to grow my own nails out 2 times completely from the cuticle before they looked presentable... I swore I would never do it again... but did it this one time for a family wedding.

I gave up on the slug idea. It worked for a couple of hours, no serious slugging here.

I did get some delicious strawberries, cleaned and cut up, then doused with Splenda and got some sf vanilla ice cream *Yummmmmy!*

and

Figured out how to add music to my myspace.

and

I taught my puppy hand signals. She sits, lays down, and speaks without my voice. If everything were as easily trained? ;)

Compared to other days, definately a low key day. I hope you all had a lovely Sunday whatever it finds you doing.
