it's just going to be a boomerang trip to a friend's house and back... nothing special. i just hope i don't get a sunburn walking from the door to the car.pleasteasme said:Sounds like a nice ride.
I'm tinkering with websites (making updates) and ebaying.

enjoy your tinkering. i like tinkering... mind if i tinker with you?
i burn easily but not THAT easily... it was sort of a comment on the billion degree temps we have here today. the thirty seconds it takes to get to the car i might fry to a crisp.pleasteasme said:Do you burn that easily?! Sunscreen, always remember the sunscreen!
Of course you may. Tinker away
*what exactly are you going to tinker with?*

don't you worry about what i'm going to tinker with. why isolate things when you can tinker with everything?

Daughter #3 will be four years old tomorrow.
She's excited. And easy to shop for. We got her flashlights and bubble blowers. She'll love them.Leah57 said:Congrats to your daughter, Eilan!

Four weeks from tomorrow, on the 30th, my baby turns three, and then we'll be finished with kids' birthdays until December.
My husband was 45 when our almost-four-year-old was born. Some days being a daddy makes him feel younger.Leah57 said:Yikes, I feel old now... my "baby" is over 21... and my grandbaby is 15 months...

Today was not one of those days.

It was a wonderful day in the East Bay area yesterday and today promises to be about the same: bright sun, a light breeze, and temps around 80.pleasteasme said:Leah, you are so very welcome. I will tell you that this corner of Lit is by far the nicest, imo. That is, of course due to all of the wonderful regulars here. Enjoy your time here!!!
yank: That's right...flaunt it boy!
It was actually chilly here this morning too. Low 90's which is a real relief. Enjoy San Francisco! (a totally different SF, hmm?) I need to go visit there soon, it has been a while.
