In reconsidering you may have a point regarding someone else buying farm goods when China pivoted due to tariffs. Other countries didn’t step up and buy, but I suppose an argument could be made that the US “bought” them via heavy subsidies to farmers. Though I’m sure you can see the issue with that. Or maybe I’m being generous.

Well, they left Cuba in 1959. I'm sure most are at least retired by now.

Retired, yeah that's a higher likelihood. I was alive during the Cuban attempt to retake their island and the infamous Bay of Pigs failure. I had serious discussions with some of the survivors. So I know they are not all dead as they were my age. I'm still here, for a bit longer maybe. So, kid, adjust your thinking on what OLD is!
