Word of the day to ponder over

hungry

because I have just been so hungry all day long.

Can't seem to be able to get full no matter what I've eaten.

Exhausted -- personal issues with another kept me awake until after 7am this morning and my youngest woke me up at 10am. Ah no rest for the wicked!

Word of the day is...beginning. On Monday, the beginning of my week, I always enjoy pondering "What do I want to accomplish this week?" Whether I do it or not is not as important as the sitting and pondering.

LOL Maybe the word of the day should be...daydreaming!

My WOTD is calm because in yoga class, we stretched and then did some intense warrior poses. Afterwards, we relaxed and meditated. Now I feel balanced and steady, yet flexible as a cat. I can spring up on life instead of being sprung up on...a nice change.

Good monday morning, bobsgirl :)

Disgusted I just watched that video that TBKahuna123 put up and I think that's disgusting, and I can't believe that a mother would do that to her child.

Unexpected I didn't know I was going to have to drive my son to work and then get stuck in traffic on the way home. That didn't excuse me from doing all the things on my list of tasks and errands. There are a lot of days like this, full of surprises, and that's okay. I can't control everything. Just gotta deal.

(For tomorrow, actually ... )

Peel
Time to leave the skin of ache aside and step away from it, just a baby step or two

What a great image and perspective, E, and it's one I can definitely use right now.
Here's to small but steady steps. :rose:

Mia! How are you, cutie! Haven't talked to you in a long time!

The word of the day is patience. The refrigerator repairman brought the wrong part and of course, the parts department is closed for the day. Sometimes, I need an endless supply of patience and a high tolerance for nitwits.

Mischievous

mis·chie·vous -- adj.
1. Causing mischief.
2. Playful in a naughty or teasing way.
3. Troublesome; irritating: a mischievous prank.
4. Causing harm, injury, or damage: mischievous rumors and falsehoods.

Do I tell the newly-engaged object d'lust that I was about to ask him out before I knew his status, or just leave well-enough alone? Am I doing a No. 2 or No. 3 here? That is, leave him (as in, really leaving town next June) with the notion I wanted him, or am I just coming off creepy?

Definitely mischievous today. ::licks lips::

That certainly would be mischievous, E. Might cause him to ponder for a while!

Creepy? No I don't think so. But I guess I'd have to ask myself what I hoped to accomplish by telling him.

I guess just to make him ponder ...

Fortunately, my cooler side has prevailed. I think too much of him to cause him any grief. Ah well, it was a fun daydream while it lasted. :)

Vexed

My word of the day is Vexed I am very Vexed at what happened this evening.

behoof

If it feels right it would behoof you to do so. Always liked that word it would behoof you to do so, sounds so....something

Hi bobsgirl :rose:

Patience is such a good word. We also have to remember to have patience with ourselves, to not get upset when we're slow or dense or oblivious, which I often seem to be...

Hope your refrigerator is back in shapre. Nitwits--heh heh, there's another word of the day for ya!

WOTD: Boyfriend because I have the best one in the entire world! He's focused on my pleasure all the time, what more could a girl ask for.

Adrenaline which is what I need to meet my deadline by the end of the month. :rose:

Ouch Damn strained muscles, but it's ok, it only hurts when I laugh.

My WOTD: abundance

I have an abundance of blessings this Thanksgiving. It's up to me to concentrate on that instead of what I don't have.

Happy Thanksgiving, everyone! :rose:

Leftovers

So many of them. My mom gave me some to take home and now I sit here in my dorm eating turkey and brussel sprouts.
