This last 24 hours of American politics has bounced me around like a rag doll. I might not feel like being especially social for a while.

That's definitely a point in its favor. I have a long-standing dislike of organizations and programs that survive by making customers into lifers.

I feel the same about that type thing. I want to learn what I need to know to do it without the program eventually. I wouldn't mind having to do a refresher at some point as long as the program doesn't completely change itself so that I have to relearn the process.

I had thought about trying noom some time ago and I'm pretty sure that I'm going to actually do it once I pay bills and see how much I have left over. I will do it. I just want to make sure I have it in my budget to start.
