You know you've spent too much time at Lit when. . .

Ykystmtal...

...when the phrase "lube job" invokes an incredibly non-automotive mental picture. :>

YKYSTMTALW when you stare for ten minutes at a home improvement store wondering exactly how a self-rimming sink manages to do that!
Thanks for the mental imagery that is going to be stuck in my head all day now. ;)

You are the only one that sniggers when in a meeting someone says..... "sooner or later somebody is going to finger the the culprits "

On a recent trip to northern Ohio, I saw a building sign that said: Superior Erection Company. I couldn't help but speculate on the nature of their business...

It made me giggle, but my sister was scandalized. She obviously has not been spending enough time here.

When you read the heading Fudge Packing and cooking is not the first thing on your mind.

i know i've spent too much time at lit when my fingers start to prune.

...when you pass an Alabama Forestry Commission truck and giggle over the bumper sticker that reads Wood is Good :nana:

When you chuckle at something on the drive home and immediately think to yourself. "I have to post this! (insert name here) will soooo get it.

or:

When carrying on a conversation with a person who's name involves genitalia, sexual positions or erotica shorthand is not in the least bit awkward.

when the waitress asks if you'd like a small box (for leftovers) and you think, hell after 2 kids? who the hell wouldn't?

When you pass a truck with the company name of FingerBerger Services and you think what a cool job that would be.

When the elevator says "Going Down" and you think "I wish."

when a heavily tattooed and pierced man in the wave pool asks if you have seen his lost earring, and you ask if he has lost his prince albert as well. . .

and when the phrase "prince albert in a can" takes on a whole new meaning.
