As the sun rises
over the mountains,
the majestic bird
takes flight

Stretching his wings
after a long night's rest,
he gracefully glides
through the morning air

Bald head gleaming
in the rays of sun,
the sky is his domain,
for here he is master

As he returns to his nest
the Eagle's call
echoes
throughout the land

thank ya ma'am
may I have another <grinin (~_*)

Poetic Moments

Dew collects on the early morning grass

A mother feels her baby move for the first time

Puppies lick the stickiness from the faces of children

Candlelight reflects the face of a lover

When you have a bad day, and the first thing you hear is "I Love You"
when you get home

-Hope you like these

Ready in two hours
by My Erotic Tail ©

She grabbed him and
pulled him to her.
Laid him down and
starts to rub...
massaging.
She rolled her hands
around on his skin
and fixed his position,
rubbing.
Spread his legs a bit
and pulled out
his long bone.
Rock hard like stone.
The juices flowed a bit
as she pulled on it.
Rolled him over
and put her finger
in his little hole
and then a little deeper,
she would go.
Fixed him to lay just right.
As sloshing sounds
came from his insides.
She massaged him a bit more.
She turned
and opened the door.
Then picked him up
and put him in the oven,
steady.
"Yep, bout two hours the
Turkey will be ready."

Midnight,
No waves, no wind,

the empty boat
is flooded with moonlight.

Dogen (1200s)

raven flies alone
transforming in moonlight waves
silently stalking

one Fall

one Fall
an Autumn leaf sailed

lifted by variable winds
it paddled across the sky

an autumn leaf's
one fall

It landed
in the river and floated

drifting atop of the water
sailing in the river's current

towards the waterfall
a leaf

one fall

stirring stars
slapping clouds
gripping a mountain top
leaning into the wind
toppling stones
racing to the valley floor
where men snore

under a mime faced moon
two souls embrace
warmth of the sun
where bodies lay

in the darkness
smiles shine bright
the high-lite of the day
in the twilight of the night

Three boys are in the school yard bragging about their fathers The first boy says, "My Dad scribbles a few words on a piece of paper -- he calls it a poem; they give him $50."

The second boy says, "That's nothing. My Dad scribbles a few words on a piece of paper -- he calls it a song; they give him $100."

The third boy says, "I got you both beat. My Dad scribbles a few words on a piece of paper -- he calls it a sermon, and it takes eight people to collect all the money!"

a dawn will day
work will play
as repetitious as
picking up pink stones

each a minute variation
but still a rock
none-the-less

just as the moon
will circle this huge rock
I will have
pebbled thoughts

As I sit here alone in my rock garden,
I ponder my life, and of all the years
I have lived, the past one has been the best...
all because of you

Does your gratitude unfold
when your hand is filled?
Yet pass it to fullfill
desires and dance
with your passions in comfort
and find it by filling
your pockets
draining your soul,
living a walking death
in a rat race
dreaming of slumber.

Is it a wise man
that sits and soaks up
every moment of the day,
drinking water and eating
rice, sleeping in a silent forest;
nothing in his hnads
yet rich in his soul
gratefull to be alive?

Snowflake clouds slid under the moon

Stars peeked out from behind them

Trees stood like tall scarecrows in a field

Crisp air enveloped my face

Fenceline shadows, still

Moonlight bathes my skin

A backyard view of night

With the one I love

death comes like winter
chilling thought
thoughtless in eternity
that which is the same
as before your birth
new leaves will too
one day leave, life.
