Oof lifted some today but was sluggish and didn’t perform well.

One of my winter projects is updating my workout space in the basement and I've been considering a few mirrors.I'm gonna add though, I have mirrors up around my workout room now, and I'm noticing a huge difference in my form. That is helping immensely.

Mentally bored...I cannot be the judge of that, but I have seen the guys in my gym, above 210 cm do the speed ropes as lightly as any ballet dancer could ever dream ofI’ve never actually tried speed ropes. And.. there are one legged jumping, double unders..so many variations
As well as weighted handles, giving you an upper body workout as well.
I must admit, I did not think that I would enjoy it this much, but now it is an essential part of my routine![]()
