100 a day is definitely doable. 100 straight is tough. Can you break up to sets of 25-30?I'm starting a 100 push-ups a day challenge tomorrow. I can't get anywhere near 100 right now but I'm going to work up to it over the year.
Awesome. Push ups are great. Big part of me losing 20lbs. Really my favorite exercise and there are a lot of variations with arm positions. I am also a big fan of Mike Tyson pushups which are pretty difficult and spiderman pushups.I'm starting with just a month challenge, that seems more practical to me after getting set up yesterday. You break them into sets, I would not make it if I did them all at once. @Tedfkats was kind enough to share a 100 pushups challenge app with me yesterday which was a great help. I'm going to work up to 100. Yesterday I did 12.

Canโt believe youโre doing this! I started doing 20 a day on Jan 1. But youโre going for 100? So awesome!I'm starting a 100 push-ups a day challenge tomorrow. I can't get anywhere near 100 right now but I'm going to work up to it over the year.
That's what my workout consisted of yesterday as well! A few new poses had me struggling to stay upright but it was a fun challenge.I'm not doing 100 right away! I'm working up to it. Yesterday I did 16.
Yesterday was core, yoga, and push-ups![]()
I use iFIT, it has a huge variety of programs that you can do from your phone.Need to start getting back to fighting weight. I hate gyms, spent waaaaay too much time in those places in my sporting life. Have done yoga back when they used to show pretty girls out in the meadow in Aspen on the TV but those are long gone. I always felt silly doing it, but I always felt great afterwards!
Any hints on good sites on the UTube or something similar? Maybe an app? I spend half my life in hotels so I really need something virtual and not signing up for a class, as much as Iโd like to do that.
Thanks! Iโm glad I could help motivate you. Enjoy your workout later on, looking forward to hearing about it.Sounds like a great workout! I'm looking forward to getting sweaty this evening. I love seeing these posts for motivation! Great job!
I struggle with losing weight myself. Make little changes. Iโve been working on cutting back on soda and the frequency I eat fast food. Start with just getting outside for a walk. Itโs almost like once you start you want to keep pushing yourself.I need to find more motivation to lose weight. Oh well, I'll find it one day, hopefully soon
Yeah, that's what I have been trying to doI struggle with losing weight myself. Make little changes. Iโve been working on cutting back on soda and the frequency I eat fast food. Start with just getting outside for a walk. Itโs almost like once you start you want to keep pushing yourself.
Its 90% nutrition. If you consistently are drinking soda and eating fast food you are fighting a losing battle. And yes walking is absolutely one of best things you can do.I struggle with losing weight myself. Make little changes. Iโve been working on cutting back on soda and the frequency I eat fast food. That is awesome. Pushups are fantastic. I am back to the body weight I feel like I should be at. And after Christmas and New Years and some travel going to get after getting really fit and muscular again.Yesterday I did 30 push-ups. Today it's 45!!quite the jump, but I think I can manage. Then I'm taking a rest day. Otherwise, tonight I'm doing cardio and some stretch.
